This store was recommended to me by a friend. I took a ring in to be repaired (it was missing a stone) and to be resized. I've had it for about 16 years (hadn't worn it because of the missing diamond) and it desperately needed cleaning as well. When I dropped it off, the gentleman told me exactly what needed to happen and gave me what I felt was a reasonable quote. When it was ready, he called me and let me know (a day early even!), and when I saw it, OMG! My ring looked better than it did when it was given to me, no exaggeration. I couldn't stop looking at it! Michel Massoud I find to be the best jeweler in the world! He sold me a gorgeous gorgeous wedding ring back in 2001. The price was incredible, a few grand less than it was really worth, he gave me a great deal. Massoud Jewelers knows their stuff, it's a gallery of custom made jewelry, I've never seen such quality work before with such a unique style. I must say he has been very patient with me, I had a ring he custom made for me for wayy too long at the store waiting to be picked up (my apologies Michel and Andre!). Very friendly, very knowledgeable, they make you feel at home at their quaint store they have. All very high end quality diamonds, there is no "junk" or bad quality jewels in that store. I am very specific about what I like, I gave him an idea of what I wanted, he got right on it and made it immediately. I finally was able to get the ring out of layaway... and boy does it sparkle! I am very very happy with the work they do and I HIGHLY recommend anybody who is looking to get married/engaged or if you just want something unique that you won't find anywhere else, check this place out, you will NOT be disappointed. Their customer service is great, they work very hard there and the talent is remarkable. I am very very satisfied with what I have and I keep looking at this custom beauty and it's breathtaking. Went to Massoud to get an anniversary band resized. Because the diamonds were baguettes and channel set, it was a challenge to size the ring down without affecting the setting of the stones. Massoud got creative and slightly changed the shape of the band without damaging the channel setting. They were fast, efficient, and honest. Would gladly go back any time for any service!
