Buyer beware. Did a reasonably good job but blew it on his exit. Booked this company to do a…read morerelatively small job, mainly mulching and edging. Was told that the job should be easy to fit into their schedule and could even be done on a rainy day. Was later told that would not be good as the soft lawn would show the marks made by wheelbarrows. In any case it was several weeks before the job was started. The job was started and on the area that were done it was a good job. Late .in the day it started to rain, heavily. The foreman asked for the rest if the payment, half had been paid on the initial request. My wife stepped outside to verify that the job was completed. She checked what she could see and admittedly missed the fact that the crew had completely missed a tree alongside a large brushy tree combo that was never touched. It was pouring hard at the time and she simply did not see it.They had also missed a rose bush in the rear. The crew left and when emailed about their not completing a job they had contracted to do. The tone of the reply was a brusque 'you should have told us when we were there. Thanks for your business. Good bye'. Nice. This is what happens when there is a shortage of decent landscapers in this area. They are so fat in their bookings they could care less about one disgruntled small customer. I find that attitude unprofessional in the extreme. I expect that there excuses will be as predictable as irrelevant. 'We can't be constantly running back to do touch up work.' So their declaration is that they are done when they say they are done, never mind what they were contracted to do. These were not small areas. One area was 5 feet across, the second area was 7 feet across. Did their own foreman bother to check before announcing job completion? Did they care that they had not fulfilled their contact. Obviously not. Bottom line, job contracted and paid for was not completed. All else is noise.

They do incredible paver and stone work and are extremely picky as we are also so it worked out very well for us. The owner and his wife are very knowledgeable and really cared about what we were looking for in a functional patio. They worked with us on design and at a cost that would work for our budget. They came in with their crew of 5 people and from start to finish built our project in 9days we would highly recommend them for anyone in the Dublin, Ohio area give them a try u won't be disappointed! Thanks so much Envisions we love your work!

He told me the day after they "finished" that he was coming to get payment but didn't bother asking if I was satisfied (I wasn't). It came to the point that I asked the owner that the sales rep not return to my property as he made me feel unsafe and harassed. I have a good 30 minute recording of him yelling at me because I said they didn't do a good job laying soil and grass seed as I asked in the quote. The posted photos are blue seed that I had to entirely reseed MYSELF about 3 weeks after none of their new seeding took because they, deceivingly, only laid straw without any seeding underneath. They've ALSO been supposedly mowing our lawn as well but only mow the front after I told them I had to replant their failures in the back and they have yet to mow the back for over a month and a half now. Because I asked them to not mowover my new growth that I laid out. On top of ALL of this. The owner promised to "make it right." Has yet to come back out to address any issue I mentioned. Has even "no-showed" on two occasions after scheduling a specific date and time with me. Have also been calling for months to cancel service with no return calls. Every single one goes to voicemail. Would be GLAD to discuss how utterly they screwed up our yard and failed as a "service" if you're interested in their failures. kshaw2310@gmail.com
