He is extremely organized and met with us multiple times to ensure he knew everything needed to support us on our wedding day. When the day came around, his calm demeanor was very soothing and helped us stay in the moment. He went above and beyond in every possible way and even stayed past his contracted time because we were running behind schedule and he knew we'd want footage of our first dances, which was so kind of him to do. The turnaround for our highlight reel was only a few days and was absolutely mesmerizing. The way he captured the magic of the day was truly phenomenal and beyond anything we had hoped for, and we were so happy to have an artifact delivered so soon after the wedding. We even requested additional video packages because we were so impressed with his work and how he told the story of our day! This says a lot because originally we were on the fence about hiring a videographer at all. Above all, it was really important to us that our vendors be LGBTQ-friendly, especially our photographer and videographer who would be working with our wedding party, and Nile was so inclusive and great at working with every single one of our loved ones. We had to go back home for the receipt from the last time we filled this prescription to show them our co-pay was only a certain amount. The woman behind the counter was very condescending and rude to the point of making my wife cry. Next time we need meds I am picking them up in Eureka, NOT here. It is a small town we live in, but they made my wife cry with no apologies and that made me PO'ed. They lost both of us as customers and I WILL tell everyone I know. They used to be a nice place to go. What happened???

I will never have my pictures taken at Sears again! The lady was so behind and in a big hurry to take our pictures not even caring that they were awful! I bought a disc so instead of viewing them before I bought them like normal before buying them she had me come back in an hour and just handed me the disc. I was not happy at all so I went online and filed a complaint to get my money back and have never heard back from them! I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want some terrible customer service and awful pictures!
