Brides Beware!…read more Jesse himself seems like a nice person, however, I would NEVER hire him as a professional again. We hired him to do our wedding photo booth. We were told we'd get a custom background for our film strips, talked about what backdrop he would bring, which camera he was bringing- which would hold 8-10 people, that he himself would be there, and that he would set up an online gallery for us to share the next day or two after the wedding. We ordered the deluxe package that cost hundreds more than the standard package. The day of the wedding, image my surprise when a man I had never met before was there running the photo booth. The film strips were blank, no date, no names, no colored background at all. The backdrop was not brought at all. The camera could only fit 5-6 people, 4 comfortably. It's almost like we hadn't met and talked about all the details at all. The person they sent instead was nice, but had no information about these details. As a bride on her wedding day, no one has time for that crap-o-la. We of course, made the best of it and had fun with it all the same, expecting a discount for not delivering the deluxe package as we had discussed. The rate was not discounted and he did not apologize for the mistakes. Almost felt like he couldn't understand why I was bringing it up and feel foolish for paying him in full. To make matters worse, we didn't get digital copies of the photos until November, almost three full months after the wedding. Also, when I asked about the two packages he had shown me when I hired him, he told me, "there's only one package", which seems dishonest since I recall there being two. Maybe he had changed his policies by the time the wedding had happened, but there were two options when I hired him.

Watch your receipts and co-pay amounts…read more These people tried to overcharge my wife for a prescription co-pay by $10 and insisted we were wrong, not them. We had to go back home for the receipt from the last time we filled this prescription to show them our co-pay was only a certain amount. The woman behind the counter was very condescending and rude to the point of making my wife cry. Next time we need meds I am picking them up in Eureka, NOT here. It is a small town we live in, but they made my wife cry with no apologies and that made me PO'ed. They lost both of us as customers and I WILL tell everyone I know. They used to be a nice place to go. What happened???
