We were told we'd get a custom background for our film strips, talked about what backdrop he would bring, which camera he was bringing- which would hold 8-10 people, that he himself would be there, and that he would set up an online gallery for us to share the next day or two after the wedding. We ordered the deluxe package that cost hundreds more than the standard package. The day of the wedding, image my surprise when a man I had never met before was there running the photo booth. The film strips were blank, no date, no names, no colored background at all. The backdrop was not brought at all. The camera could only fit 5-6 people, 4 comfortably. It's almost like we hadn't met and talked about all the details at all. The person they sent instead was nice, but had no information about these details. As a bride on her wedding day, no one has time for that crap-o-la. We of course, made the best of it and had fun with it all the same, expecting a discount for not delivering the deluxe package as we had discussed. The rate was not discounted and he did not apologize for the mistakes. Almost felt like he couldn't understand why I was bringing it up and feel foolish for paying him in full. To make matters worse, we didn't get digital copies of the photos until November, almost three full months after the wedding. Also, when I asked about the two packages he had shown me when I hired him, he told me, "there's only one package", which seems dishonest since I recall there being two. Maybe he had changed his policies by the time the wedding had happened, but there were two options when I hired him.

However, I knew that I needed Beau for a complicated day of filming for my company. Beau managed to capture the actresses during their constant movement during the filming of the movie, without ever getting in the director's way. That is quite a feat! The photos turned out magnificently, and I smile every time I think back on that day. He was incredibly kind to everyone on set, and provided copies of the photos in record time. A few years later, I kept Beau in mind when I was planning the decor for my office. I chose one of his prints to be blown up and printed for my wall. We actually hired a friends as our photographers & Beau to work the set up & food. Ours was a small, destination wedding &, being from Portland, OR, we needed local help - someone who could essentially do it all. Beau surpassed our wildest expectations in this department. He was ON IT & worked with very little direction setting up tables, preparing appetizers, cooking almost all of our meat on the grill, refilling drinks, etc. Honestly, he was so freaking awesome! I think this is important because Beau is so easy to work with, very hardworking, & an all around nice guy. Who wouldn't want to work with someone like him? On top of all this, toward the end of the day, Beau very spontaneously offered to take portrait photos of us! They turned out unexpectedly awesome & we are so appreciative. Our other photographers also took great photos but definitely of a different sort. I don't know much about photography but he obviously has a great eye & our favorite part was that he was so easy going. Charlie & I are very laid back & the idea of 'posed' photos kind of freaked us out. Now, I'm so glad that he did this for us because they were very professional & beautiful! Bathrooms were cleaned and were delivered on time, picked-up on time. I am not giving 5 stars for these reasons: I had 20 people staying at our venue and we needed extra bathrooms for the entire weekend. When they were delivered the guy who delivered said the bathrooms could only be used for the wedding or they would fill up... why would we order for the entire weekend if we can only use them for a couple of hours lol... we would have just ordered them for one day if we had known that. The other thing, we were warned that the guy who delivers is not kind to women. We sent my fiancé to deal with the guy upon arrival, and this is the advice the guy gives to my fiancé "a good wife is a submissive wife" ... all while complaining the entire time he delivered the bathrooms. So loud we could hear him all the way in the house... with our guests and other vendors listening. Who were all grateful my fiancé went out to deal with it. The bathrooms are beautiful & Brooke was lovely. I just think they need a new delivery person.

We rented a 2 stall restroom trailer from Queen of Thrones and just prior to our event, they upgraded us to a 4 stall restroom trailer without explanation, for the same price. They brought the trailer to the site on time, got it set up, accepted payment then and there and left us to our festivities. The trailer was clean, well built, attractive, and fairly luxurious. We couldn't have been happier with their product and service!
