CVS is harrassing me. The robo calls started in July and continued through the month of August. The calls always start early in the morning and don't stop until late at night. It is September and the calls are still coming in. The calls come in every twenty minutes. I have an antique land line with no caller identification and no voicemail. It is difficult for me to answer the telephone every twenty minutes. It is impossible for me to know if I am receiving an important call or if I am receiving a CVS crank call. Do not do business with CVS. Definitely, do not give them your telephone number. They never stop. read more

I came across this location as I was looking for a covid 19 shot. This local establishment offers everything from candy to beer and much more. Parking here is easy as they have their own parking lot. CVS offers two ways to checkout, one is the old school way of walking up to cashier and the other is by self checkout. I prefer the self checkout as it is quick and easy. read more

Open animosity between the pharmacy tech, Melissa, towards the pharmacist, which was extreme unpleasant to witness, not only by myself but the bystanding customers. I'm new to Fort Bragg and had trepidation about visiting this pharmacy after reading reviews on Yelp and Google. But my experience was all positive. I made the appointment at CVS.com, and got a text as I walked in the store. Pressed the button on my phone to check in, before walking to the pharmacy counter where I was greeted by a nice lady. The pharmacist was both professional and efficient. He processed the paperwork quickly. He also had a light touch with the needle and I barely felt it. That was much appreciated! I've been getting my prescriptions filled by mail for years. With my new Medicare Part D I can get any one-off prescriptions filled in person at CVS, and my regular refills of atorvastatin by mail. read more

If I could give this CVS a NEGATIVE million star review I would. I'm here seasonally, and it's easier for me to just stick with CVS for my simple medications because they transfer state to state. I thought it couldn't get any worse than last year. This year, 2021, it's worse! There is so much trash and used diapers and rotten takeout outside the building. One pile has been there for a week and a half. I feel like I'm walking into a sketchy alley to do a drug deal. Customer service is the worst. I was treated as less than a human. I wait at least 30 minutes each time I'm here. The automated system will tell me my script is ready, I'll drive an hour to the store, and they give me crap. Even asking me if I'm taking my medication properly. It's not anything crazy. I fill it as early as I can cause I'm only in town once a week. My husband and I picked up some things we forgot at home here. As with most places, they are severely understaffed so be prepared to be patient and wait. The staff are doing the best they can despite being overworked. The woman helping us was clearly stressed, but it is understandable since patrons were continually interrupting her to ask questions, wanting her to help them at the pharmacy, or try to have her fix the self-checkout machine while she was trying to ring us up. read more

I signed up online for a covid test on a Sunday. Got all the appropriate responses. Arrived early - the customer before me told me there was no one there, and left. I waited a bit, then left. At no time did I get email or text from them canceling the appointment. Next day we went in for my wife's test. They indicated it way my fault that I didn't get my appointment, and refused to give me a test without signing up again. By the time I get an appointment, it's going to be too late. It seems like a lot of the reviews here have indicated lousy customer service. I can confirm this. read more

The management which was a very rude lady - saw nothing wrong with laughing at us after we expressed concern at the bathroom situation which included they closed the women's bathroom for employees only and left women to use the men's room with a lock that was broken. The most incompetent pharmacy I've ever been to. I deal with bipolar, it's imperative that I have my meds or I enter into psychosis. They claimed to have not of recieved a script from my doctor, when my doctor showed me the confirmation that they emailed the script in, it took 3 days for them to pull their heads out of their baby boomer butts. Look boomers, I get you don't take mental health seriously, but no one should have to suffer because of your lack of education or experience. Go to rite aid. Apparently the employee that keeps yelling at everyone is Sonia. Sonia your a c*nt. So disappointed in this location. Pharmacy staff always seems overworked and unfriendly. They almost appear irritated that I'm there trying to give them business. Store shelves are filthy and under stocked. Front end cashier today was unresponsive to a simple id check on the self checkout line, kept ringing up customers in her own line at a slow pace that had been there after me. When she finally told me she was going to call someone after all that time, I left my items and walked out. I wish employees were happier or maybe just a little nicer. If you're thinking about scheduling a vaccine or booster be prepared to wait. I came early to my appointment and was informed that the pharmacist was at lunch. Ok, fine, I was early...when he wasn't there 15-20 minutes after my scheduled appointment I decided to leave. It makes no sense to schedule an appointment when the person giving the vaccine is not there. I also got an ear full of store gossip from a couple of employees within earshot. Not cool either. Nov/Dec 2020 On 3 separate occasions I have requested refills online. Each time the app says my order will be filled the next day. Each time the order is not filled. After several days of patience, I call the pharmacy multiple times and nobody answers the phone. When I go to the store there is a long line of unhappy customers. Finally I get to the counter and the pharmacist sees my refill request (in one case the request was over 14 days ago) on the computer and says he will fulfill the request in half hour - to his credit he does. Wonderful experience! Thank you to the pharmacist on duty today, such a sweet man stopped filling his prescriptions because his tech was on lunch and helped us with my daughter's earache, he recommended us to just go to the ER, since she looked so miserable. We are from out of town and for someone to help us out like that from the pharmacy is rare! That would never happen in San Diego. I really want to say thanks to Pharmacist Joe who works through his lunch hour to serve CVS customers and Sonya, and Kelly who did their best...to make sure that any customer whose prescription had not been filled would be next in line and get their prescription, while they waited in 15 to 20 minutes. CVS really understaffs this pharmacy and the 1 or 2 employees on duty have to shuffle between giving Covid shots, Covid tests, and making sure each customer is screened for drug allergies and understands the directions and warnings that go with their prescription. We just had the worst experience ever. We went in and were asking prices of a dinosaur skeletons. The snotty woman was disrespectful. With her harsh tone of voice she said "go get a cashier I'm busy". Then she muttered "just another stupid tourist". A cashier helped me and I asked for a manager because the First Lady was so apathetically uncaring, disrespectful and rude. The cashier then told me that WAS THE MANAGER! She overheard me asking who she was and told me if I didn't like her attitude I could get the hell out of her store, turned her back and walked away! A different lady with long dark hair and big teeth told us to go to RiteAid because "all the people they fire work there". We left. We spent $200 at riteaid. We are writing the corporate office. This town is a premier vacation destination spot for people from Willows. As a business owner there I will spread the word about her dislike of tourists. Wow. Just wow! read more

Earlier this week, my family and I scheduled COVID testing for Wednesday afternoon. Yesterday, we received email reminders of our appointments. A half hour before today's appointments, we received texts advising us to watch a video to prepare for testing. So, we show up on time at the drive through window to get our tests. After hunting around for some indication on how to contact the pharmacist (it's not clearly marked), the pharmacist tells us that there's no testing today and we need to reschedule or drive up to Ukiah. I asked how can that be since we received confirmation emails and texts about the testing. Apparently, they are short handed. This was a total wasted drive (45 minutes each way). This is ridiculous. If someone is sick, I understand that they might be short handed. But,they need to figure a better system to advise people ahead of time that their appointments have been canceled. Really unprofessional on CVS' part. read more

I was just treated with extreme disrespect by the pharmacist here. After waiting in line for an hour an a half (yes, 1.5 hours; from 5:50 until 7:15) to pick up a medication I needed to go on an off grid work assignment, the pharmacist asked me "if I could just get it tomorrow so he could help the other waiting customers" to which I informed him no, I was leaving early tomorrow morning for the work I needed the meds for and didn't live here. He glanced at my license and loudly, condescendingly asked if that's where I was headed. So much for patient privacy. Then he walked away looking like he was going to fill it and came back with a paper that he'd handwritten "do not fill until September 1". My doctor told me at my emergency appointment today that he'd authorized pickup for today, so that wasn't my doctors handwriting. I left without my prescription and am off to a dangerous job task without it. This pharmacy needs some new staff. Terrible and absolutely couldn't care less about their patients. read more

I go to cvs pharmacy the pharmacist was indeed there no contact I stood there for 7 minutes after they where suppose to be open at 9:00am my prescription was not ready I go back approx 3:45pm prescription still not ready show up for the last time same day cashier could not help me because it was 7:02 pm and he told me the system shuts down and there was no way he could help me. I told him I have no pills left can they at least give me 1 pill for the next day then I would come back he said nope.
