We had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Greenock Manor, and we could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Chanel--who not only runs the venue but also served as our wedding coordinator and planner--was truly phenomenal. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us create a weekend we'll never forget. Chanel connected us with amazing vendors, including our caterer, DJ, officiant, and photographer, and made the entire planning process feel seamless. She helped to ensure we were getting good prices, and she was always accommodating, communicative, responsive, and wonderfully organized, which made us feel completely at ease leading up to the big day. The venue itself is stunning--elegant, charming, and full of character. Our wedding was in late April, and the venue grounds were lush and vibrant with greenery and flowers. One of the highlights was the ample on-site lodging, which allowed the wedding party to stay with us over the weekend. Being able to spend extra time with our close friends and loved ones in such a beautiful setting made everything even more special. After the wedding, we took advantage of the fire pit on the property, and it turned out to be the perfect way to wind down with our wedding party and share a few more laughs before the weekend came to a close. This is a beautiful venue with so much included in the price you pay. I was blown away by how amazing this place was. My fiancé (now husband) and I stopped here first on our tour of venues and in the end could not get this place out of our heads. We are so very glad we chose this place. From working with us on our nontraditional wedding to organizing us the day of, this place was worth everything and more. The owner Chanel and her Husband Jim do everything in their power to make sure your vision goes off without a hitch. And while it's a bit extra to ask for I recommend paying for and using Chanel as your day-of coordinator. She absolutely knows what she is doing and understands the area and is a wealth of knowledge and assistance. They also had on property rooms to sleep up to 14 people on property which was a godsend for me as most of my family came from out of town. As to the kindness of the owners Chanel and Jim they are some of the best people to work with. Having them by our side every step of the way helped keep things on track and less stressful. She and her husband became our friends over the year and a half of planning. We will be returning to utilize the Bed and Breakfast portion of the venue in the years to come. read more

We had an incredible experience having our wedding at Greenock Manor. We decided a small, 25 person micro-wedding was what we wanted and could afford and Chanel & Jim pulled it off flawlessly and threw everything they had into making sure our day was as magical as possible. From beginning to end Chanel made sure we knew what was happening, kept all our needs and requests in mind and created such a welcoming and beautiful atmosphere during the ceremony & reception. We recommend everyone we know to go here if you're looking for the perfect wedding! My family kept saying how incredibly impressed they were with Greenock's beauty and Chanel's charisma and hostess abilities! Together Chanel and Jim make a dream team, Chanel orchestrated the whole event while Jim officiated and DJ'ed - it wasn't easy either with a guest list full of non-English speaking family as well! The wedding suite was also the highlight of the night, it was so nice to just finally kick off our shoes in the end without anything to worry about and soak in the jacuzzi to melt our worries away! Chanel's recommendations for vendors was the best as well, the catering (onsite next door!) was out of this world on top of it all! read more

Our daughter and new son in law were married the weekend of the last hurricane, Chanel, owner/wedding day coordinator was in contact with us the week before with solid Plan B and had already reached out to all the vendors to arrange for them to come earlier so if we found a window with little rain we could still have the outdoor wedding my daughter had dreamed and planned for. She arranged for a tent at the last minute for guests, even tho they were in high demand. Her husband even wrangled the tent at 4:30 AM in the middle of a storm, had it back up and washed and we never knew about it until Sunday. We stayed at Greenock from Friday thru Sunday morning, What a treat. Greenock is a beautiful bed and breakfast with wonderful little secrets in every corner. Chanel and Jim did an outstanding job making sure every little detail was addressed, I hear she's done over 700 weddings and that experience shows! I have had the pleasure of staying at Greenock Manor's cottage since the beginning of April. I am a First Responder travel nurse working in Fluvanna. When mentioning this during booking, my amazing host Chanel gave me a discount. The cottage itself is beautiful and cozy. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. The manor grounds are so pretty and relaxing. Beautiful flowers, trees, a tree swing, fire pit, Coi pond and several benches to sit and enjoy nature. Even got several visits from her adorable dog Angel. I have done yoga outdoors on my days off work, which has been amazing. Chanel has checked on me several times, offering laundry and shopping help if I need it. There are several vineyards in the area and the small town is beautiful. I would highly recommend a stay here and hope to come back for another visit. Chanel has been amazing and I am so thankful to her for making my stay enjoyable. Especially during these difficult months we have all been going through. read more

Greenock Manor was the perfect backdrop for our wedding. We chose the wedding weekend package, and being able to make ourselves at home during our time there made for such a wonderful experience. Greenock Manor was TRULY a dream come true for us! When describing my ideal venue, I would tell people that I wanted a "manor vibe" with a space for a reception that was "outdoor and covered, but not by a tent" AND I wanted fairy lights over the dance floor. I wasn't sure a place like that even existed, and if it did, I thought there was no way it'd be in our budget. But then I found Greenock, and had a phone conversation with Chanel, who immediately started listing all the things she could do to make it work for us. I couldn't believe it! And after we booked, she continued to go above and beyond when it came to planning and coordinating. It's hard to know where to begin writing this review. My husband and I were lucky enough to have just had our wedding at Greenock last weekend. Perfect doesn't sum up the day or the venue. The setting of the nature, porch, lights, set up for the house and flow of the reception is literal perfection. We received sooo many compliments from guests of how perfect the venue looked and felt to celebrate our day. Chanel, the owner and coordinator, is really the best part of what you get from choosing this venue. She was incredibly attentive to our needs and made sure to get back to us quickly every single time we had any questions, from something small to helping us resolve conflicts on our special day. We recently had our wedding here on 4/25/2026 and everything about this place was great. Absolutely wonderful staff made planning and having our wedding feel stress free. We happened to have rain during our wedding for about 80 guests, but Chanel's ability to plan ahead and the beautiful wrap around covered porch felt seamless and everyone had an amazing time. We opted to stay the night prior to our big day with the full bridal party which allowed lots of downtime, time to set up and socialization periods. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a cute, historic place to celebrate their big day. read more
