I decided to check out this place on a whim at the request of a couple of friends. It wasn't…read moredifficult to find and as soon as I stepped through the door I felt welcomed. I browsed over the yoga products, hoops, buddhas and jewelry. They actually had a very nice selection. Then one of the employees, Greg, gave me a tour of the place. He showed me the yoga studio; the meditation room, which was a dimly lit room with floor pillows all around with the sound of peaceful meditational music playing softly; the study, which was a room with floor seats and floor tables, a couple of bookshelves to read the works of Carlos Castaneda, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, (to name a few) and books on Feng Shui; and last, but certainly not least, the Amethyst Biomat room, which looked like a a massage room. This I tried. I had to lie down on the biomat for about 25 minutes and just meditate by myself. The mat is filled with Amethyst crystals The mat felt warm while I was in this dimly lit room diffused with essential oils. Everywhere I looked there was something positive. The Himalayan salt crystal...The white sage...The dream catcher on the door... Totally awesome relaxing experience! I left feeling very calm and peaceful. Definitely will be back.

It was calm, smelled wonderful and Kristy had a great and loving energy. We talked about what brought me in and what i wanted to get out of my session. I have no idea how long i was on the table (with an Amethyst Heating Pad for healing and comfort) - but when i got off the table, my back felt quite a bit better. Kristy shared with me some of the things she was able to intuit through Reiki about where i was blocked and a special message about my feet. I've been to quite a few different Reiki practitioners and each have their own style. Kristy's style appeared to jive with my energy and it felt wonderful. I will certainly go back. Truns out, I needed exactly what he offered, an alignment of my chakras as two were blocked among other organ deficiences, due to long term stress. I've seen him 4 times for Reiki services, twice for hypnosis (to stop life sabotage) and once for a focused manifestation session. Each time he exceeded expectations, and my vibration now attracts the positive to me.
