I browsed over the yoga products, hoops, buddhas and jewelry. They actually had a very nice selection. Then one of the employees, Greg, gave me a tour of the place. He showed me the yoga studio; the meditation room, which was a dimly lit room with floor pillows all around with the sound of peaceful meditational music playing softly; the study, which was a room with floor seats and floor tables, a couple of bookshelves to read the works of Carlos Castaneda, Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, (to name a few) and books on Feng Shui; and last, but certainly not least, the Amethyst Biomat room, which looked like a a massage room. This I tried. I had to lie down on the biomat for about 25 minutes and just meditate by myself. The mat is filled with Amethyst crystals The mat felt warm while I was in this dimly lit room diffused with essential oils. Everywhere I looked there was something positive. The Himalayan salt crystal...The white sage...The dream catcher on the door... Totally awesome relaxing experience! I left feeling very calm and peaceful. Definitely will be back.

If you need a deep nap and re-energize in a short period of time try out their Amethyst crystal mat. They also have a wonderful shop of nifty gadgets from all over the world, books and clothing. I definitely recommend this place if you are trying to escape from reality. Oh and don't forget to meet Piggly Brown and his owner Greg.

Every session is unique in the sense that she is able to connect with the energy and messages that I need to receive and hear, at that particular time, which allows me to leave each session feeling renewed, relaxed and with an overall sense of well-being. I urge you to schedule a session with her for your unique experience. I have also experienced a Soul Activation with Anastasia. Her ability to explain and describe what my soul looks like, its relationship in the universe, its purpose, and what I have to do in order to mature spiritually and raise my vibration was life changing! I now have a completely different perspective of who I am and how, I am a soul having a human experience. I am forever grateful to her. It was calm, smelled wonderful and Kristy had a great and loving energy. We talked about what brought me in and what i wanted to get out of my session. I have no idea how long i was on the table (with an Amethyst Heating Pad for healing and comfort) - but when i got off the table, my back felt quite a bit better. Kristy shared with me some of the things she was able to intuit through Reiki about where i was blocked and a special message about my feet. I've been to quite a few different Reiki practitioners and each have their own style. Kristy's style appeared to jive with my energy and it felt wonderful. I will certainly go back. Kristy has my full recommendation!!

I highly recommend the massage/reiki combination for 90 minutes. I got more out of it than I even hoped. I will definitely be back and refer family and friends to Bharat! UPDATE: I am so thankful Bharat offers these self-care services remotely! Unable to attend a yoga retreat or enjoy a massage during this pandemic, it is wonderful that I can still connect with Bharat for a remote session that is every bit as healing and rejuvenating as it is in person- even though I live states away. I can't imagine enduring 2020 without this gem!

Truns out, I needed exactly what he offered, an alignment of my chakras as two were blocked among other organ deficiences, due to long term stress. I've seen him 4 times for Reiki services, twice for hypnosis (to stop life sabotage) and once for a focused manifestation session. Each time he exceeded expectations, and my vibration now attracts the positive to me. Soon I'll be taking Reiki I & II with Bharat to learn more about how to self-heal my energy and will be able to serve others too. (Ask about this!)

Crystal and Andrew have created an amazing, inclusive community of practitioners and teachers. After about a year, I committed to their 200 HR YTT program and it was the best experience of my life. Their knowledge is incredibly deep, and the program gave equal weight to history and philosophy as it did to teaching and asana practice. What made it truly special was the space they created for self-reflection and genuine personal growth. Highly recommend.
