I came here for a few months in 2021 before realizing it wasn't the space for me. I'm sure it works for some people, but I wasn't one of them. The slower, less intense classes fill up and the hot yoga classes were nice but often too fast paced for me without any talk of adjustments for different bodies or abilities. I wouldn't recommend for most people I know.

She goes beyond teaching just the moves and emphasizes their connection to diaphragmatic breathing which results in a deep meditative state throughout the practice. Imagine doing an entire practice with eyes closed. This serves to quiet us so we can really listen and feel our bodies.
