It was calm, smelled wonderful and Kristy had a great and loving energy. We talked about what brought me in and what i wanted to get out of my session. I have no idea how long i was on the table (with an Amethyst Heating Pad for healing and comfort) - but when i got off the table, my back felt quite a bit better. Kristy shared with me some of the things she was able to intuit through Reiki about where i was blocked and a special message about my feet. I've been to quite a few different Reiki practitioners and each have their own style. Kristy's style appeared to jive with my energy and it felt wonderful. I will certainly go back. Kristy has my full recommendation!!

My sister and I had such a nice time - it was relaxing, I felt tension leave my body, I was reinvigorated but also chilled out, and I wanted to be there for another whole hour or two. The staff did a wonderful job helping everyone into and out of the pool and making sure you were comfortable on the rafts, but the real star moment was how they created an immersive sound bath experience, and made sure to move rafts gently, carry sound/instruments throughout the venue, and work to make sure everyone had an enjoyable experience.
