The staff did a wonderful job helping everyone into and out of the pool and making sure you were comfortable on the rafts, but the real star moment was how they created an immersive sound bath experience, and made sure to move rafts gently, carry sound/instruments throughout the venue, and work to make sure everyone had an enjoyable experience.
