It was the…read morefirst time for all of us to go through this experience at Radiant Life Holistic Wellness Center, and I loved it! Sound bowl therapy uses the calming vibrations of sound bowls to improve anxiety & tension, boost mood, work on our chakras, increase spiritual well-being and restore harmony to both the mind and body. Natalia was our sound bowl therapist and was calm, spiritual and enlightening. I can't wait to go back and do this again. Natalia also is a Reiki master. I've done Reiki before and loved that experience as well. It was interesting to hear Natalia's thoughts of what she felt was going on with each of us at the end of the session. Two of us had the energy of our loved ones with us during the session, and I was lucky enough that Natalia felt the energy of my dad. I was able to tune out everything around me and delve into the experience, but my friends said they heard people talking within the other parts of the studio, such as massages and other therapies in other rooms. One gal said she felt like getting up and going outside to tell the people to not make so much noise. Again, I was very into what Natalia was doing and focused that I heard nothing and wasn't bothered by any outside noise. Maybe it would be simply scheduling things at different times for complete silence, I don't know. It wasn't an issue for me. If you haven't taken part in a sound bowl meditation, it's a very relaxing and spiritual experience. I highly recommend Natalia for sound bowl meditation. I can't wait to go back for another sound bowl or Reiki experience.

When I met Roxanne, I was in and out of flight/flight/freeze responses and I could no longer drive, wasn't eating much, and was really struggling to do pretty much anything. My body was basically shutting down on me and was perceiving everything as a threat. Roxanne made me feel safe, nurtured, seen, and loved. I noticed a difference after a couple of sessions, but after a couple of months I was really starting to feel a sense of grounding and safety. Roxanne was a pillar in my healing journey during the time I was home. I moved back to California after a couple months of recalibrating in the Midwest, and I've seen a couple of craniosacral practitioners since then and while they all do great work, Roxanne is special. I've been going to tribalance for some time, but found this studio that's closer to me and more my vibe. It was calm, smelled wonderful and Kristy had a great and loving energy. We talked about what brought me in and what i wanted to get out of my session. I have no idea how long i was on the table (with an Amethyst Heating Pad for healing and comfort) - but when i got off the table, my back felt quite a bit better. Kristy shared with me some of the things she was able to intuit through Reiki about where i was blocked and a special message about my feet.
