I went today to wash my clothes. I went in and it was so dirty at 3 pm on Sunday. I saw lent sheets all over the floor Candy wrappers on the floor , lent on the floor, the floor was so dirty. The guy who runs it came out of the bathroom brushing his teeth. I thought to myself he should be sweeping the floors. After my laundry was done washing it had a smell like the water had a smell from the water heater not being cleaned out. Dirty water heater making the water smell. The person ru the laundry sat there watching the baseball game left the floor dirty and nothing wiped down. So gross. I will not go back. read more

Don't waste your time, drive 2 blocks up to the other laundromat. I went in to wash a small load and there was a man who I assume runs the place almost guarding the coin dispenser. Before I could even put MY money in he rudely asks "can I help you". I explain that I'm going to get coins to wash and he proceeds to question me if I'm going to wash. I understand the coin machine is only for customers- which up until that rude unnecessary conversation I was a customer. Save your time, take your money elsewhere to laundromats that don't have a self righteous bouncer. It was such an unwarranted interaction almost wanted to ask the creep if he needed to see my laundry that I was going to wash. Plus there isn't even enough space to fold your laundry. I recently visited this green laundromat and I have to say, I was impressed. Not only were the machines clean and well-maintained, but the fact that they are energy-efficient and use eco-friendly detergents was a major plus. The staff was also friendly and helpful. BEWARE!! SCAM!! I came here to wash because the one down the block was crowded. Now I know why this place was empty!! I put my quarters to start the machine and put exact change on top for ea washer. 3 out of the 5 washers wanted an additional quarter! I thought I was just counting wrong but I double counted the amount and still would start without an additional quarter!! Sounds like a scam to me! The dryers also were fast...I set a timer for 3 minutes before it was to be done and when I walked in they had already stopped!! The final straw was when I put 20$ to get change .... It was short!! This place is a -5 rating! As I went to get change in the change dispenser I noticed another customer had placed a $20 bill in and did not get any change back. Concerned, she asked what she should do, I replied to her she should find a number to the management to let them know of the situation. She then let her husband in on what just happened and he tried knocking on the door of the back room. To my surprise a man popped out and said to us rudely "what is it? I'm making lemonade back here" while showing us his dirty hands. The husband explained they lost $20 in the machine to which the bugged eyed attendant responded with, "well what do you want me to do about it?" Dumbfounded at his answer I asked if there was a number for the manager. It seemed as though he was trying not to give the number maybe through his ignorance or strung out state of mind. He was completely rude to us and at this point I decided this laundromat was not one I wanted to do business with and left. I instead drove another 3 miles to a location that is always clean, friendly and always working. read more

Small but convenient laundry mat. Prices are fair: $2.00 -$3.50 per washer. 0.25 dryers. Machines take quarters only, quarter machine onsite. Staff is nice. Re Covid: No social distance markers. No hand sanitizer machines, no wipes for the baskets and machines. STAFF IS NOT WEARING MASKS AND NOT REQUIRING CUSTOMERS TO. There were only 2-3 people using machines. I always go here because it's really close to where I live. I put things in the washer/dryer and will set a timer to come back and get everything. I've never had an issue until the other day. I accidentally left something in the washer and went back 30 minutes later only to find out the worker had thrown it in the trash. The same trash that had food and god knows what inside. I don't understand why they couldn't just out it aside instead of throwing $100 items in the trash. When I confronted the worker, she said she was going to kick my ass. They employ tweakers who want to fight people trying to wash their clothes. Save your money and go to the one by 7-11 instead. read more

Walked in on 7/10/23 and was greeted by sloppily kept man (homeless looking even), and he was the employee, i then asked if i could use the bathroom to which his response was "yeah if youve got $20". He didnt ask if i was washing/drying there, or anything, he just wanted $20, to which i responded "you probably need the $20 for those fucked up teeth of yours" (he was missing his whole front row). All in all, this place needs to let go of the crackhead they have maintaining the place, hes seriously bringing down the business. read more

CLOSEST LAUNDROMAT TO RADISSON HOTEL WHITTIER! It is within walking distance (2 blocks away). BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN DETERGENT! You cannot purchase single serve detergent on site. This laundromat is small and was not bust when I went at 11am on Monday. There are no posted hours and no posted phone number except for an in case of emergency number. Laundry is $1.25 and drying is $2.00 to $4.00 depending on size of load. Clothes came out clean. A full cycle of wash and dry took about 1 hour and 35 minutes. read more

I had been coming to this laundry mat for 4 years now and only started to come here because my best friend had told me what a great place it is and Jessica is a great person who cares for all her customers that come in. I use to love it. This past Wednesday 6/1/22 i went in the evening and the place was so dirty and it looked so depressing in there. Trash was everywhere. I am use to Jessica always cleaning and making it look nice that I was willing to look past the fact they raised their prices, their machines mess up constantly and took time away from the dryers all because Jessica who worked there I know when I would go and if there was any issues with the machines she helped me out or pay to rewash my clothes if someone used powder soap before me and leaving my clothes full of soap still and always just had such a positive attitude and greated everybody with respect. But because she is no longer there there is no point to keep going to a place I have to spend extra money to either rewash my clothes or more quarters to dry because what use to take me only 50 cents to wash now I have to use a dollar . You really dropped the ball on this one read more

My review is to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service which I had received from the staff. The staff was warm and accommodating, and they were helpful to me. The place is clean with a Welcoming vibe. Unless you are what everyone calls a Karen (LOL) which its more prevalent on these Yelp reviews now than before. I have been coming here since I was young to wash. This place is okay. The only reason why I continue to support this business is because Jessica the girl who runs the place & does everything. I just wish she was here more because there are a lot of scary people around when she is not here gaurding place. She is the only reason this place is still open. As soon as I walked into the laundry mat Jessica helped me right away from start to FINISH. She saw my hands were full and she got the quarters for me without me asking and then recommended how much I needed and what to use to get the best results for my comforter. This coming from someone who goes to the laundry mat once a year, I told her thank goodness you're here or I would of been there forever!! This isn't first choice laundromat facility. My husband and son go here cause its near home. I perfer to go near 7-11. This place is dirty, homeless wash here and leave razors in machines. Just nasty! Anyways, Please don't go to this place. The washers don't all work. Meaning they don't wash. They fill up with water and drain but no movement. Not only that the dryers don't heat up. So you keep putting coins in. I've talked to the owner, she said she will have them fixed but can't refund money. We have told her on 2 occasion. So maybe writting a review will give her the push to fix her machines. And stop stealing money from peopke. I'd hate to call the "Better Business Bureau" .
