I was extremely disappointed seeing how they packed our deer. They called us a week after we…read moredropped it off to tell us it's ready. When my husband brought it home we saw that 6 bags of our summer sausage wasn't sealed correctly, covered in ice, and one had a hole in it. The other place we've been to (wasn't packing large wild game this year) packed all of our summer sausage individually and vacuum sealed so it didn't get ice all over the meat. This place threw a bunch in one big bag. Also, our pepperoni style sticks were falling out of the bag they put them in. I had to vacuum seal all of that meat on my own with our seal and meal. I called and told them what I didn't like and all she said was to thaw it out and taste it and if I didn't like it, they would give us more...really?? Who's deer would that be? And how long has it been in your freezer? And if your not giving us our own deer then that means we are not getting what you weighed our deer to be originally (bones could be different sizes since you weigh with bones). I'm so disappointed. I pay for cut and wrap and it was done extremely lousy. I will never be using meridian meat packers again and I would strongly urge others not to as well! Update: I called her again yesterday and talked to the manager. They are going to give us a discount. Not sure how much but my husband is going to go in tomorrow. She said the other gal that I talked to the first time didn't give me the correct information. She wouldn't be able to give me new meat and assured me it was my deer. That's good news. She said she saw my review so I didn't have to explain too much but she did ask me what I wanted to do since I already had everything sealed up so I asked for a discount. I do appreciate her doing that. Update: Wow, they gave us almost the entire cost back! That was not expected. Very much appreciated!

Everything here is made from scratch, and you can taste the difference in every bite. Chef/owner Chris is seriously a food wizard. The quality, creativity, and attention to detail are on another level. We've eaten a lot of burgers over the years, and the beef heart burger was hands down the best burger we've ever had. Don't let the name scare you--it's absolutely incredible. We've been here three times now, and every visit has been consistently amazing. The food has always been fresh, flavorful, and worth coming back for. They also have a great selection of local craft beers on tap, which is a nice bonus if you enjoy trying something local with your meal. It's awesome to have a place like this in our hometown. If you appreciate real, homemade food and people who genuinely care about what they're serving, do yourself a favor and give this place a try. They have a nice out door seating but today was just too hot for that. We'll definitely keep coming back.

I ordered the shrimp with noodles and some crab Rangoon...seems like too much but I've been biking, hungry! When I say I don't know if I ordered right it is really because of the lack of flavor...which is strange. The shrimp were great, hot off the flat top, fresh, nice shrimp taste! The rest of the food, bland...except for the noodles that had a burnt oil flavor from the metal flat top...not at all appealing...don't have to worry about eating too much. The Crab Rangoon were bad as well! All fried wonton, no filling...like dime-bag full! Very easy to fold these for some better presentation but I think then it would really accent the fact they were basically empty of fillings. Would not recommend! If I see them again I will double check how I order, or just try something else. Also charged $24, selected 20% tip and was charge $32? Tax, not sure but that's a lot I think. KT

He has blessed the treasure valley with amazing food and service. This food truck makes for a great lunch or dinner. Today's lunch consists of a side of fried rice, side veggies and some appetizers. The fried rice is so good! You can taste the garlic butter that's used to seasoned the rice. It's a great combination of buttery and savory. I love the minced up carrots and onions in the rice, it gives it great texture. The veggies are always cooked to perfection! I love the slight char the vegetables get from the hot grill. The zucchini and broccoli have a slight crunch to them and is not overcooked. The egg rolls were fried to a perfect golden brown. Crunchy and savory. The crab rangoons are my favorite! There's more than just cream cheese in the middle! You can taste the extra goodies in there, crab and green onion. The wrapping to cream cheese ratio is great! Paired with the sweet and sour sour, chef's kiss! It's always busy at the food truck. Everything is made fresh to order. Staff is always friendly. They charge almost $40 for 2 SMALL burger combos! So instead of getting combos, my fiance and I ended up settling for 2 burgers and 1 small drink to share for $31! Understandably, we had high expectations given that they charge high-end prices. What we got instead were 2 burgers with flat, soggy buns that nearly fell apart after the first bite. The patties were riddled with so many small, rubbery chunks of unrendered fat that I began to worry about finding another one each time I took a bite. Sadly, we were first-time customers at Yogurtz Grill, excited to eat dinner and try their frozen yogurt for dessert. But after dinner we drove across the street and bought a tub of ice cream at Fred Meyer while wishing we had gotten McDonald's instead. Won't be coming back.
