Biscuit Benedict with a side of fruit

My mother and I have been here a few several other times, and each time we have came we have been greeted with smiles. Almost all the servers tend to be younger, but they have been extremely attentive and pleasant. My eggs Benedict tasted really good & the Philly cheese steak was a little on the drier side, but over all really good. It is always a pleasure to have brunch here!

We always pass this place when we come into Lincoln and discuss trying it one day. So today we decided to stop and give it a go. We were seated immediately, our drink order taken and brought to us quickly. Staff was super friendly and checked on us throughout our meal. Husband ordered the ham and cheese omelette with hashbrowns and I ordered that farmhand breakfast. Our food was delivered to our table fairly quickly and hot and fresh. I am picky about my egg and they were cooked perfectly. No complaints, our waitress was fantastic!

I was not expecting much from this restaurant when I first walked in. It seemed like a renovated Perkins. But what made there's a four-star restaurant was the staff. For an early Sunday morning they were especially perky and snarky and we loved it. We also had a great meal with lots of fresh food. I would definitely come back to this location just for the servers.

Country fried steak and eggs with pumpkin pancakes!
    Jessica S.

We visited Greenfields for a little birthday breakfast before heading to Roca Berry Farm for the day. I had the country fried steak and eggs which came with hash browns and pancakes. The food was delicious! I ordered up and got the pumpkin pancakes, which were very tasty and it came with a yummy sauce (instead of syrup) and nutmeg whipped cream. The gravy on the steak was nicely seasoned and one of my favorite things were the hash browns, which are usually very tasteless and unmemorable but not at Greenfield's! We had a busy two year old with us who was loud and bossy and I commend the server on being on top of it all. She did a great job getting the things we needed and keeping our drinks full. My only complaint was that the prices were kind of high but that's probably why there's a little more flavor and quality to the food then other breakfast diners. We'll return!

Do your taste buds a favor and visit Greenfield's for brunch. From the coffee and mimosa to the biscuit benedict and chicken fried steak, everything was prepared perfectly. Service was quick but not rushed, and very friendly.

Love this place!!!! Ordered the open face roast beef sandwich with mashed taters and side of green beans. Service was extremely friendly and food came out fresh, hot and full of flavor. I also had the Bloody Mary which is one of the best in Lincoln.

I sat at the bar and had phenomenal service. I got the Aragon burger with a tallow fries, covered in bacon jam! I will have to say, this is one of the better burgers I've ever had in my life. It came out very hot, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The sauce is super yummy. But it's a grilled onions that really make it. The fries came out hot, crispy, and very tasty. This is a phenomenal restaurant with some very good food. Unless you're lucky you get a seat at the bar, I'm sure reservations are required.

Service was very good. We were seated promptly and asked if we were ready for the next course at appropriate times. We had the 3 course dinner with the summer salad, lasagna Bianca and steak. I personally thought the salad was the best! The array of flavors was very satisfying from the crunch of the pine nuts to the smoothness of the ricotta to the tanginess of the dressing. Would highly recommend. The lasagna was good... but very one note... and that note is "richness". It didn't really taste like anything more, which in effect made it not much different from an ordinary lasagna I could make at home and not pay that much for it. The steak was not well seasoned, which I wouldn't have minded but the cook was a bit beyond the medium rare I asked for. Overall I probably would be back to try something else. But dish is still superior in terms of fine dining in Lincoln in my opinion.

Hostess was very prompt and we were brought into a private dining room for our dinner Our server Tatum was wonderful. She was very attentive and we enjoyed the service. Tasting menu can be found online and its 185 per person. We ordered ala carte. We ordered Crab sanchetti, grilled octopus, hamachi sashimi, tajarin dala forma and a 48oz steak to share. We had a group of 7. Ambiance was fantastic till the other party of about 10 came into the private room. They were very noisy and not very considerate. Our drinks came promptly. I had a midnight mist, hubby had the raspberry berret. And my mom in law had some red dessert wine. Food was fanstastic. The hamachi sashimi was delicious - super fresh. Oysters were absolutely delish very well shelled. The grilled octopus was tender and not overly cooked. The steak was tender and delicious in the au jus. The mash was whipped and absolutely creamy like cloud. We ordered the 48 oz ribeye steak to share it was delicious and they do slice it up for you so that it is easy to share. The spaghetti tajarin dala forma was made table side and the head of service explained what he was doing step by step. Unfortunately, this experience was marred by our neighbours for the night as they were enjoying themselves too much. The shisito pepper on the mash was nicely crusted and absolutely delish. Even the onion, and green onions were devoured. After that, we ordered dessert. I had the stone fruit chocolate tart and it was decadent. Chocolate with light mint. Absolutely delicious It came with a price tag though. Great for occassions- like birthdays and anniversaries when you want to splurge A wonderful experience! Thank you to all at the Casa Bovina. Definitely a night to remember.
