In my first experience working with the company, I was told that I was receive my two banners before my scheduled event, but only one banner arrived. By then, it was too late to get the other one printed and ready. I thought I would be nice and give them a second chance a year later, by ordered another banner for another event. Unfortunately, they delivered a smaller sized banner than the one I had requested and paid for. Although they gave me a refund, I was unimpressed as there was no time to get another banner printed. On top of that, they do not take care and consideration into account when making sure your files are print-ready. When my last banner arrived the graphics were blurry and not in high resolution. I wish the company had flagged that to my attention and sent me a preview file of what my banner would look like before I approved it to go to print. The lack of attention to detail on their end shows that they don't care about what they produce and deliver to their clients at all. The only thing that impressed me was their ability to communicate quickly via email. I will not be using their services again.

I was told they don't make them that way and if I retract payment they will place my account in collections. I had specified a 3" diameter pocket and they manufactured a 3" fold. They refused to rectify the mistake and offered that I could buy new ones at cost, essentially I could pay to fix their mistake. Avoid doing business with this company

The good ones I take along the way, bringing them from company to company and recommending them to colleagues, family, and friends. This Minuteman Press is always on the tip of my tongue. I know what you're thinking, dear reader. Your thinking "MinuteMan Press --- isn't that like a Kinko's?" Sure, for many franchises, they could be considered a glorified Kinko's --- but not this Minuteman. While probably being rooted in the same humble beginnings, the team over at Minuteman Surrey has grown and changed rapidly over the past 7 years. I've watched as they increased their footprint and added on some solid specialty equipment (custom key cards, anyone?) The level of service and professionalism I've experienced has been absolutely refreshing, with the team frequently going above and beyond for me. If I need something adjusted or fixed, they have always worked to make it right. The pricing, from what I've experienced has been fair, very often being up to 20% less than other print houses for the same product (when comparing the same processing and stock). Finally, as I've used them for many years, my needs and requirements have changed, and they've changed with me. They are always open to meeting my needs, even if it's meant modifying a process on their end. For me, it comes down to trust. In this case, I can trust that the job will be done right.
