He did an additional inspection for wood-destroying insects in which he educated us about powderpost beetles and carpenter bees, how to tell active destruction from prior damage, and what to watch out for. Obviously, it's impossible to see into the future to know whether something major was missed, but Tom was so thorough and systematic that it doesn't seem likely.
