Turns out, I was…read moreactually scheduling a pointless drive across town to be treated horribly by one of the two women on staff. The only thing more bizarre than her hostility was the fact that I'd made sure to confirm my appointment beforehand. So if anyone needs a notary at this location, let me be the first to inform you that the notary leaves at 5pm (despite the fact that she schedules her appointments until they close at 6pm). It's the kindest way you'll ever get that information, despite the fact that both their location's website and their location's online appointment system states otherwise in multiple places. **Head to the new UPS near Walmart Drive for notary services, where they treat their customers like human beings - ask for Tabitha!

The only "unmarked door" in the back of the building has a huge glass window and you can CLEARLY see that it is a laundry room, not an apartment. No packages when I went downstairs to look. They have made no effort to rectify the situation and are saying that the company that shipped the item needs to reimburse us. This FedEx clearly has incompetent drivers and poor customer service. I wouldn't be surprised if the driver was stealing the packages, as I can't imagine she is THAT stupid that she thinks a laundry room is someone's apartment. Update: The manager called me and admitted that the package was "mis-delivered" and that they would take responsibility for that. They are still leaving it up to the company that I ordered from to reimburse me, but I appreciated the acceptance of responsibility.

Overall it was an excellent experience- really impressive performance really. I've previous top- notch experience with C&F so my expectations were already high. Yet to say they super exceeded my expectations this time would still be an understatement. The pickup crew was professional which instilled confidence. Communication on shipment status was good. Their advice on how to prepare, ship, and insure was valuable.......overall, just as you'd expect from a quality organization. There was a delivery issue- not C&F's fault- yet they stepped up to take care of it. Wow! This was a big deal as it demonstrated how committed C&F was to customer satisfaction. Incredible really. Even Dave L. called afterwards to check on my satisfaction. Wow! As for value....... The quoted price was accurate, and they waaay over delivered IMO. So, I'll continue to trust C&F without any concerns. Thanks C&F I'll be back
