We had a body guy from church do the door work. He did a great job but he is not a painter. We tried to take it to a Bodyshop on GW Hiway. But they closed up for a few days and stopped returning calls. I took it Jason at Color Solutions. He looked it over and gave us a very fair estimate for the paint. He scheduled us for after Thanksgiving. We brought it in, and they took over the job. Two days later we got cell pics showing the re-done paint. Picked it up the next day (That was earlier today) and we are very pleased with their work. It's a two-year-old metallic silver Ford. They did a really awesome job of matching the color as well as blending it to the factory paint. You have to look really hard at the panels to notice where they blended the paints. These folks are very talented, professional, excellent communication and on time. I would not hesitate to use them again! Great job by your team Jason! Thank you!

The staff never even mentioned this to me until my insurance adjuster called me on the 3rd day informing me of the situation. I believe this is why my car was totaled. Instead of pumping the water out of it asap, it just say there with water eroding everything. At first they blamed the losing my key on me. Saying I never gave them or the tow company the key, Which was not true. They told me to contact the tow company, which I did and the tow company took Very good notes thank god! The tow truck driver actually remembered who she gave the key to and even had a name. Clowns! When the name of the front desk person was dropped they immediately ceased communication with me until the next day and magically without any explanation or apology the key was mysteriously found. By then it was to late. Car sat for almost 5 days untouched and declared totaled.

A received a call from a cheerful and informative young lady. Offered me dates to bring in my car for the adjustor to give an estimate. The appt was much earlier than I expected. I met Ty who was very professional, respectful and experienced. He calmed my fears about the repair. I honestly did not expect but received stellar service. There was totally no wait. My car was completed 3 days earlier then estimated. Car Struction reserved the rental with the car rental company, through my insurance. Easy peasy. They were only supposed to be fixing the interior of the car. They claimed the car would not start and the battery would not take a jump. The battery was only 7 months old. I drove the car there. They drove the car out the bay. When asked were was the pix of battery they did not have it. Yet they had pixs of everything else in the car, but no battery. They then replaced my battery with a cheaper battery. They did not ask nor tell me they were taking my battery. Everyone know that batteries have replacement value. They also charged my insurance for the cheap battery. Then they had the AUDACITY to play the Black card by sending a Black lady out to discuss with me how they stole my battery. One word can describe OneSite Recon... Impressive…read more I purchased a Red 2006 Honda s2000 back in 2011 with only 24k miles on the odometer. The car's paint was flawless, however the front bumper was a shade darker than the rest of the car. Upon further inspection I came to the conclusion that it had been repainted at some point. Well 3 years later the bumpers clear coat started to lift, and I decided instead of spending a lot of time and money at a body shop, or the dealership that I would give OnSite Recon a call. The quote they gave me was hundreds less than any other body shops I called and they guarantee the work for as long as you own the vehicle. However the main reason I went with them was the fact that they would have all the work done in less than 4 hours at my house! I must admit, I was slightly skeptical about having my front bumper professionally repainted outdoors. I was also wondering how close they could paint match the rest of my vehicle since it's red, and red is a difficult color to match. Steve was my technician, and after talking with him about how the paint may turn out, and weather or not he would be able to match it 100% I gave him the green light. I'm glad I did. Not only was my car finished in under 4 hours but the bumpers paint looks 100x better than it did when I first purchased the car back in 2011. I found Onsite Recon on the Internet, and though I typically like to see more reviews I decided to give it a try. They responded to my email for an estimate within hours (significantly less than the body shop), and were able to schedule a visit to the home we were staying at the next day. Steve was extremely courteous and professional and had my bumper looking like new in an hour. He went above and beyond in trying get a dent out as well. A few days and a car wash later, the repair is looking great. I highly recommend this service.
