They've also consistently left early when they could have finished cleaning. They skipped an entire bathroom, and the employees tried to make me feel bad when they came back because they got yelled at for not doing their job. They also got upset when I had to reschedule due to a work emergency. When i tried to reschedule, they never responded, so I didn't get cleaning service that month. One of the women cleaned the range over the stove and ended up removing the paint and permanently damaging it. I even told them to stop coming because of the issues I've and and she just said I'll pass it in to our supervisor and figure out what happened but they never contacted me about it again. Please find a better service because this one will cause damage to your property or won't clean properly.

Don't want to give too many details but this person has multiple animals and doesn't prioritize cleaning..... Elizabeth was the upmost professional and made this place (that probably hadn't been deep cleaned in many, many years) look amazing. I only wish that I would have thought to take before and after pictures as the transformation was close to miraculous! Not only was the job done exceedingly well but she remained a top-notch professional through it all (and let's just say there were signs of said animals throughout the place). Highly recommend!

I do not recommend using Squeaky Clean by Shelly Bean for a deep cleaning before selling a house…read more Shelly gave a quote for the work to be done in 2.5 hours but once the women came and we're very slow, then Shelly kept upping the amount of time (and price) to 4 hours. The only work needing to be done was 1 bathroom, the kitchen (cabinets, floor, counters, fridge, and stove), 1 room to be vacuumed, and the walls to be wiped down. The house had no furniture in it to be cleaned and they were told NOT to clean the hardwood floors nor to do the windows which they ended up doing against my instructions and that cost me an extra $120! Ridiculous! The kitchen cabinets near the stove still had grease on them. Streaks were left on the stainless steel fridge. There were stains left on the walls from the cleaner they used. I ended up having to take the rest of the day off from work so I could spend 5 hours cleaning after they left. Maybe these ladies do a better job with weekly house cleanings but for deep move in or move out cleanings, I do NOT recommend them! It was a waste of $500 especially because of having to do the work myself after they didn't do the job in the first place!
