My goal was to ensure the system was functioning properly and to replace several sprinkler heads that were spraying water onto the walls. Neal arrived on time, thoroughly assessed the system, and replaced all of the necessary sprinkler heads. He also provided effective solutions for improving the coverage and performance of several irrigation zones. In addition to the excellent service, their pricing was very reasonable. Elmer responded within 30 minutes of me posting on Sunday morning. Waited a few more hours to get more quotes. (I had taken a very detailed picture of what the work would entail). I won't give the exact pricing, but Elmer's was reasonable while others simply don't respond or some ridiculous quotes (heard others talk about how some companies on Yelps are just preying on older folks to land their ridiculous quotes). The work was good (I can't really comment much, but jt was fixed). Elmer was cordial (but was late for about 30 minutes). Another little complaint I have is he doesn't take credit card. Still glad I found Elmer and his company. Highly recommended.

From the beginning, Foster was responsive, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our property, answered every question we had, and provided a detailed plan that gave us complete confidence in moving forward. Once the project began, Julio and his crew were exceptional. Julio was on site every day, kept us informed throughout the process, and his attention to detail was second to none. Early in the project, he even identified a previously unknown leak on our property that could have easily gone unnoticed and made sure it was addressed. What stood out most was the level of care the entire team put into their work. They weren't just completing a project. They were making sure it was done correctly and built to protect our home for years to come. Thank you to Shanese, Foster, Julio, and the entire team at Professional Drainage Experts. We couldn't be happier with the results and would recommend them without hesitation.
