One member of staff was both inefficient and incredibly rude to me recently and it's put me right off going there, even though it's convenient. It's nowhere near as friendly as it was and I wouldn't say it was quicker, either.

Although it offers all the usual services and is…read morelarger than a lot of other sub post offices, i find the staff a bit unhelpful and not very friendly. I have often had to wait in a long queue or had a several minute wait whilst staff finish chatting amongst themselves before serving me. It is also located at the back of Martins newsagents which can be a nightmare if you have the kids in tow - you end up with them whining for sweets or the toys on display whilst you are queueing. Plus point is the free parking in Langney shopping centre car park and the fact there are a number of other shops to browse through in the centre after your visit to the post office.
