One member of staff was both inefficient and incredibly rude to me recently and it's put me right off going there, even though it's convenient. The post office section appears to be run by the same people as the newsagents, but then i suppose that makes sense, it's just annoying as you have to faff arround a bit if you want to buy a chocolate bar as well as getting something posted or such like. They offer the usual range of services as in all sub post offices so you can post your parcels, buy stamps, etc etc. Doesn't tend to get too busy from what i have seen but i may not have visited at peak times - only been in there a couple of times. In my opinion, just as good as all other sub post offices - it does the job!

I have often had to wait in a long queue or had a several minute wait whilst staff finish chatting amongst themselves before serving me. It is also located at the back of Martins newsagents which can be a nightmare if you have the kids in tow - you end up with them whining for sweets or the toys on display whilst you are queueing. Plus point is the free parking in Langney shopping centre car park and the fact there are a number of other shops to browse through in the centre after your visit to the post office.
