They've been there forever and have a pretty good selection of greenery plus potted plants all ready to go.

I found this shop when searching for good quality calla lilies for my wedding (a surprisingly difficult faux flower to find). This hidden gem store of faux florals and greenery is so cool! I was in awe at how many different plants and trees they had. The owner, Phil, was very helpful to work with. He took the time to view his upcoming deliveries to find out when he would be receiving some different calla lily options for me to choose from. We tallied several times on the phone and he was very responsive. Phil ended up helping me get exactly what I needed for my wedding at both an excellent price and quantity. Way better than what you'd get on Amazon or any chain craft store. read more

Found Green N' Silk on yelp and am pleased to report the 5 star reviews are warranted. Phil the owner is great and so are the products he carries and recommends. We came in with some ideas of what we wanted but after patiently explaining the pros and cons to each plant we though of he recommended a tree type that was indeed perfect for our needs. Now our water feature looks even more amazing with the trees surrounding it and all our neighbors and friends think they are real. We'll definitely be getting more plants from here to fill out the yard and house in the future. Thanks again Phil! read more

This place and these people are WONDERFUL!!! First, the place is fabulous, with a wonderful huge selection of QUALITY artificial plants. Being the original "brown-thumber", I've bought only fake plants practically all my life (which is a LONG time), so I am an expert at spotting cheap, badly-produced artificial plants. Green N' Silk is truly top drawer, first class, all the way. And so is the owner, Phil, who is as kind and generous as he is talented and discerning in his business. Because it is so unusual I have to share the fact that, without ever knowing or meeting me, he arranged to have my indoor tree modified by one of his very capable employees, FREE of charge, a tree THAT I DIDN'T EVEN BUY FROM HIM (only because I didn't know he existed then)!!! Now, I certainly hope that no one reading this will try to take advantage of him, because, that would be impossible if one considers his business acumen, but it should tell you something about his spirit and philosophy in the way he conducts his business, which is ALL about relationships. And, man, he has got it nailed!! As long as I am within driving distance of Green N' Silk (and it would have to be at least 100 miles) I will always get my plants from him. read more

Wonderful selection of flower, plants and bonsais. Excellent, professional and pleasant customer service.

Green N Silk is located on White Oaks running parallel to Highway 880 (17). Th sign is very prominent when driving north on 17. take the Camden exit and turn right. The store is chock- filled with lovely arrangements, potted or otherwise. They selections are all made of fabric (not silk!) but nothing plastic. This fabric gives the plants warmth. The owner, Phil, is an artist and will enthusiastically help you create a display if you do not see exactly what you want ready made. He has apparently been in the business for a long time, so he should be your go-to person for help in this area of decorating. The store also offers beautiful decor. On today's visit I saw two lovely hand-made tapestries (made in Massachusetts!) hung the wall and many ornamental objects for indoor and outdoor gardens. The prices are fair and the quality is high. read more

We bought two spiral boxwood trees for urns outside our house. I uploaded a photo with the caption "Two spiral boxwood trees in urns" if you would like to view them. Our gardener, standing right next to them, thought they were real. When I told him they were artificial, he dropped his jaw and called his partner and then we saw another surprised look. You don't want your gardener trimming your artificial trees so its good to let them know. The owner, Phil, tries very hard to please you. In our case, we asked him if they could install them in the urns and he agreed to make the delivery and install them for a nominal charge. He also had them coated with UV protection to insure their longevity. The business has a nice selection but mostly, you can talk to Phil and he can probably order anything you might like because he knows what is out there. And they can custom make what you like. The nice thing, at this time of drought is that we don't have to water the tree. And you don't have to trim the tree either. Our last "real" spiral trees died in less than a year. Thanks Phil, we appreciate the extra effort you made for us. read more

We were visiting the Bay area from Chicago and looking for faux plants for an office space we designed. Green n Silk absolutely saved us! Their variety for faux plants is unlike any place I've seen. They build them onsite so the plants look original and not copies of each other. In my opinion, this makes them look more real. Phil and Alan gave us so much attention and help- we honestly could not have completed our job without them. If you're looking for faux plants of any kind- don't go anywhere else! This is the place! read more

I wanted to create an artificial succulent arrangement for my husband's office and an interior decorator I know suggested I go here. I brought in a large container and Phil, the owner helped me create a spectacular display. The quality of their plants is the best I've found, I don't like fake plants that look fake and no one in my husband's office, including my husband, realized that the arrangement was not living plants. Phil had lots of good ideas, he is wonderfully creative, and together (he did all of the work, I just collaborated on the design) we created a stunning arrangement. Can't recommend them enough!! read more

I just found out about here and I absolutely love it! The plants are gorgeous, and the ones they make themselves are especially striking. We came with a small budget (100$) and were able to get a trailing vine in a pot (three foot long vines! Really a very large plant for its price), and a small flowerpot of flowers. The approx 6 foot trees seemed to be in the 250-300$ range; they're amazingly realistic and I absolutely plan to come back for one now that I've seen the selection and can measure at home. Absolutely worth the visit, I couldn't believe how many plants there are in-store!! Since they do custom work, I was expecting a small premade selection but the store is gigantic and has a wide range of prices. Completely blown away!!! read more

My wife and I were amazed with the selection of options at Green N' Silk. The store has anything a house or business would need. Moreover, Phil was incredibly knowledgeable and encouraging in helping us identify the best tree for our home. We couldn't have been happier with our experience with him and Green N' Silk. read more

Phil is outstanding! I had two wall vases and found it difficult to arrange flowers in them myself. He gave me ideas that provided a really interesting visual effect, adding height, draping down, and bringing together a cohesive look. He went above and beyond and even assembled it in the vases for me. read more

Phil is terrific! I came in to buy a bunch of tropical looking plants to hang on my girlfriend's door (as a surprise) as a bit of a countdown for when we go on vacation. He directed me to the best looking plants in stock and did what he could to accommodate my budget. I mentioned that I was also in need of some large paper of which to attach the plants and I planned to grab that from an office supplies store. To my surprise, he went in the back, pulled out a role of his own paper, and gave me a sheet free of charge! Really amazing customer service! read more

Just finished an emergency installation, it looks fantastic! I am very pleased and would highly recommend.

I've just had the wonderful experience of working with Phil who built me the perfect artificial fiddleleaf fig tree for my living room. Armed with pics from a magazine, Phil created an amazing imposter of the real thing. Whether its big or small, check out Green N' Silk. If you don't see what you want....there's tons of greenery in the store....he will order for you. It sure beats watering and fertilizing and figuring out what to do when you go on vacation! read more
