The store is very nicely designed and has everything you could possibly need. It's easy to find the items you're looking for by brand. I was approached several times by staff members offering help and all were friendly. One of the items I was interested was delivery only. The staff members I worked with were extremely helpful explaining delivery charges, checked where the couple registered (they offered to help me order it from the store closet to their home if I wanted it delivered there for a lower cost), and answered questions I had about the item. Two reasons for four starts, rather than five: incorrect availability information on website and registry is annoying. The registry I received from the store listed an item as available but when I tried to buy it online (with a coupon), the website said it was unavailable and wanted me to choose a different location for pick-up. Since the item is in stock, a work around such as pick-up when available, etc. would have been helpful so I could have gotten the discount. I also wish they had a way for customers to print a registry at the store without assistance. The woman who printed it was very nice and explained items are listed in the order the store is set up which is useful. While it helped, I'd recommend just using a smartphone or printing it at home since it doesn't have pictures (really annoying if you want to buy clothing). Overall great shopping experience! If you need baby gifts or are new/expecting parents this is a fantastic place to go for all things baby.

Rejected 20+ items probably too outdated, old, or worn out. Didn't get much but allowed me to shop for some clothes and stuff. Staff is busy sorting items dropped off by customers. The other thing is that we had little to no interaction with the staff, but the little interaction we did have they were actually very brunt and rather rude for no reason. I overheard a few conversations with others and they did get a bit snippy. I bought a couple of onesies that are magnetized. I keep hearing "no snaps!!" (but like EVERY PIECE of baby clothing has snaps...), so these were intriguing. They have a magnets along the flap as the closure mechanism so I bought a couple in the 6-9 month and above size to try them out. I have high hopes!

They made several suggestions and I basically told them I would leave the project in their clearly capable hands. I went back to pick up the shoes a few short business days later and everything was perfect. I could not have asked for better work and better customer service. After making a selection of clothes I was examining a felt case of magnetic blocks when my newly potty-trained 3-year-old told me she needed to go potty. There were no public bathrooms available at the store. As every mom who has potty-trained knows, this can quickly become a minor emergency. At this point I made two mistakes: first, I didn't check the price tag on the blocks, and second, I didn't keep track of how much I was being charged. Unfortunately, I was too focused on my daughter and whether we would need to make a quick dash out of the store. Once home I was dismayed to discover that small set of blocks was $69.99. I tried calling the store to see if they could help me but only reached voicemail. As it was already close to closing time I decided to return the next day. At the store the next morning, I explained the situation to the employee at the counter and asked if they could extend some grace and do a one-time return of this single item. The employee remembered me and seemed sympathetic, but had to ask her manager in the back. Her manager remained in the back and sent word that they would not make an exception to their no-return policy. I then asked whether I could simply exchange the blocks for other merchandise totaling the same amount. That was also refused. Instead, I was told my only option was to sell the blocks back to the store on consignment for less than half of what I had paid for them the day before. I declined, as I would rather try to sell them myself and recoup more of the cost. At no point did the manager ever come forward to speak with me personally, but merely sent her employee back and forth. For anyone shopping here in the future, I strongly recommend checking every price tag carefully before checking out. Some items may be considerably more expensive than expected!
