A lot of their toys, and walkers were super high priced for a resale and with missing pieces. The other thing is that we had little to no interaction with the staff, but the little interaction we did have they were actually very brunt and rather rude for no reason. I overheard a few conversations with others and they did get a bit snippy. Initial Choice invited me in and told me they would find a way to make my project happen. I went in an immediately felt like these people knew what they were doing and really cared about making sure my friend got what she deserved on her wedding day. They made several suggestions and I basically told them I would leave the project in their clearly capable hands. I went back to pick up the shoes a few short business days later and everything was perfect. I could not have asked for better work and better customer service.
