They have a solid variety of wraps and carriers available, mostly from the "chic" brands rather than the big ones. There's a doll about the size and weight of a newborn you can use to try them on - not being a parent quite just yet, I appreciated that touch immensely. The lady running the store was super-friendly, too, and spent a lot of time showing me how to use them, explaining the relative merits of the different styles, and sharing some tips and tricks. They also have a "lending library" so you can take a few out for test drives with your own child before settling on one. Beyond that, they also carry all sorts of care products, a well-curated selection of cloth diapers, and resale maternity clothing. It's too bad they don't have more space in order to carry a wider variety of products, though. The selection of nursing supplies is relatively modest and doesn't include bottles and pumps, and you won't be coming home with stacks of onesies. It's hardly fair to go to a place that puts 'boutique' right there in the name and then be disappointed when it turns out to actually be a boutique, I know, but I'm going to do it anyway because I'd love to be able to come here for all my baby gear needs.

Seriously...worst customer service I have ever experienced!! I was in with my mom looking for some…read moreclothes and noticed that most things stopped at a size L. So my mom asked if they carried size XL, and the rude ass girl couldn't even look up from her computer and very rudely said to my mom, "Um...we CHOOSE to stop at size L, but maybe you should try Motherhood or Target." So basically she should have just said, "Your daughter is a fat ass and get out of our posh store right this second!" At least then she would have been saying what she really meant! So I then complained to their corporate office about it because I am pregnant and emotional and it really bothered me. And the lady called me and was SO nice and SO apologetic and said to let her know which store I would like to go shopping to and she will arrange a personal shopping day with me and a manager and they would HELP me to get a few outfits because of what happened. And I said that I thought that was the least they could do considering how expensive everything is in those stores and with the economy that they don't need to be losing customers right now. And she totally agreed and said that she would be in contact with me about the financial side of it. She then contacted me and said that corporate was deciding on the issue and that I would be getting a gift card in the mail instead of just picking stuff out and having it be on them. So I was thankful, thinking I would be getting a gift card for somewhere between $100-$200 considering how much it would cost for a few outfits. Well no...DHL shows up at my door about 3 days later with a thin package containing...wait for it...you might just pass out at how much I got...a whopping $25.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you effing believe it?!?!?!?! What a slap in my (apparently fat ass) face! I was so pissed and decided to be just be done with them all together and will be shopping at Gap Maternity and Target. Seriously...steer clear if you have a little meat on your bones, especially to this location because it sucks ass!

Such a wonderful store for expecting mothers and they have such darling children's clothes as well…read more It's awesome that the maternity clothes are all versatile in that they can be worn during pregnancy or post partum. Owner was very rude today. I think she's stressed out at her shipment coming in today but still…read moreisn't appropriate to take it out on a paying customer. We stopped in yesterday to get a Needoh which much to our surprise she actually had in stock. She was extremely nice and friendly yesterday talking about how quickly the Needohs are selling. She proceeded to tell my 11 year old daughter that she's getting a new shipment in tomorrow of Needohs and got my daughter super excited for the shipment. My husband even asked our daughter if she wanted to wait for tomorrow to purchase one in front of the owner. We ended up getting one of the Needohs in stock that night but for the rest of the night and in to the next day our daughter begged and begged to go back to check out the new shipment. We finally gave in and walked to Classy Rascals. When we arrived tonight we went up to the owner all excitedly to ask about them. She rudely stated "yes, they are here but they won't be available until tomorrow". She stated she was way too busy for us to even preview them today. I'm like well you told us about the shipment yesterday so we walked here and are excited about it. She simply stated in a condescending tone "I just told you they would be here today". She did at least advise I put in an online order immediately in the morning so they wouldn't be all sold out. Telling me the shipment was coming today seems as if they would be able to purchase especially when there was no mention of having to wait when she heard us talk to our daughter about waiting. Even without selling them, she could've at least handled our conversation nicely. I feel misled as does my poor daughter. Just shocked a small business owner who like handle the situation as so. But maybe this is her idea of doing business...
