I called another company that I have used before, and although very nice, they were fully booked for like 3 weeks, which given my situation I couldnt do. He recommended Omar as he had done work with him in the past. I called Omar directly, who was able to come to my house the next day. As soon as he arrived, he got straight to work with I think his brother. It took about 1-2 hours, and he replaced a broken valve and two sprinkler heads for a reasonable price. I also had him install a rain sensor. He told me he has been doing this for over ten years, but just recently broken off a couple of months ago to start his own company. He was polite, knowledgable and professional. I have already recommended him to my neighbor for their irrigation and lighting, so got to see him again. Fully recommended.

Furthermore, if one checks the service area as defined by this company, one can easily see that Marietta is smack dab in the middle of his service area (see map of his service area with my location circled in red). Mister, if you don't want my business, suits me - there are many more irrigation repair companies to choose from. But don't insult me with a phony reason why. SLS also features hardscaping like adding stone steps up a hill or even an added step to your porch. We build paver patios to withstand the harsh times of mother nature. Sometimes the right grade is not available to all the yards out there. The proper drainage plan is the way to go from adding a catch basin to getting your down spouts piped away from your house. Think twice before you hire Rainmaker. I had a horrible experience. It seems that this company is…read moreout just for the money it can make & not bothered with customer care/service. I hired them for some sprinkler work (paid over $400) and had to call back because one of the above-ground sprinklers wasn't working. The tech didn't find any issue and the sprinkler turned on with the first try (maybe a squirrel jumped on it and knocked it back into working mode -- I just don't know). Rather than counting is as standing behind their service and part of customer care, Rainmaker charged me an additional $170 for the tech's visit (the same they charge for a whole system assessment). No doubt, Rainmaker would have found any excuse to charge me for the follow on visit: charge if system works for the tech because customer shouldn't have asked for a follow up (although the system hadn't worked for them); charge if system doesn't work by "finding" an after-service issue.
