They completed the job 3 or so months ago. I had questions within a couple of months about wood slats on the fence buckling and some splitting as well as some of the posts splitting. I texted Julio and he told me that was normal weather wear and tear. I texted Julio again two weeks ago because the side gate they constructed no longer lines up with its other side and the locking hardware cant lock anymore. I would gather one side has fallen out of alingment due to the weight of the wood used? Julio has not responded to me. I am not sure how to proceed. I'm a single working woman with my 95 year old widowed mother living with me. Julio knew this. I am thankful for the work done and appreciate everyone is busy, but my yard is no longer safe for me and my family. To be clear, I had offered to pay Julio and his company to fix any problems I had contacted his company about concerning the fence and gates he installed and built.

The next day, I went out to look at the pavers, low and behold, he had disconnected the line to my back yard drip system. Water was spewing everywhere, I was able to plug the line. It has been 2 months and numerous attempts to get him to repair the line and the pavers. I would not recommend this company. I will have to hire someone to come and repair this damage. Requested bids and designs to remove all the grass in the backyard, install sitting walls around trees with flag stone steps and zero scape setting. The rabbits and voles wreaked havoc in our backyard. We've had to replace our lawn twice. Jeff with Rock Solid Landscaping responded. We agreed to meet and walk the yard. We wanted 3 mounds with larger rocks around with native plants. The crew started everyday at 7am and worked until 4pm. They were always on time and worked a full day. This job was completed in 2 weeks. They delivered a porta potty, bobcat in front of our home. They put cones for safety. They are very organized, when dirt, rocks were delivered they moved to backyard. Then they swept the street and/or driveway to keep clean. Our neighbors complemented on the nice job of keeping street clean. Juan Carlos and his 2 workers were very well organized. They always cleaned up at the end of the day. I asked for a few Day Lillie's be transplanted back into the area. They installed a new drip system with an extension for me to plant my small veggie garden.
