We have a Hydrologic high pressured reverse osmosis system. A prefilter Evolution filter housing had cracked and finding a new filter housing wasn't easy and we weren't able to. Hydrologic was bought out by another company and were no longer selling their products, rather you can only get the parts and systems from their suppliers or online places. Calling places and scouring the internet to no avail. I decided to go outside of the Phoenix area and call Growers House in Tucson. We were desperate and were willing to drive to Tucson, if they had a good filter housing for our system. Kevin made calls and today found me a new filter housing that would be shipped to the their Phx site. We were willing to drive. But, it turns out, Hydrologic was willing to ship to me directly and I'm so grateful to Kevin for taking the extra time to make calls and find me what I needed. I definitely will come to here for my growing needs. Thanks again, Kevin! You outdid all the Phoenix Hydrologic suppliers who were not all that helpful. Thanks for going above and beyond.

It is up to the customer to call and check to see if the product has arrived. They never give estimated arrival dates ... even when asked for an estimated arrival date. The customer service reps that I have spoken with don't listen well and talk over me when I'm speaking. Just an overall poor experience. Too bad there is not another cannabis centric hydroponics store in Tucson.

The customer service agent at Tank's Green Stuff provided excellent information and answered all of our questions as to what soil would be the best option for our garden. She gave us the cost estimate for the soil and delivery fee with a date and time it would be delivered. We ordered two(2) cubic yards of Tank's Green Stuff - Pro Planting Mix to fill our raised beds. The cost estimate was exactly as described, the delivery was on time. Tim, the driver who delivered the soil, added a bonus to the entire experience. When he pulled up to our house in his big, delivery truck -- our neighbor and her children (two-to-15 years old) came outside to watch. He made the experience, not only accommodating for us, but fun for our neighbor and her kids. He even honked the big truck's horn twice before pulling away -- to much applause by the neighbors!! Great alternative to the big nursery across the street if you didn't want to navigate big acreage .
