A month ago, I dialed National and got a free estimate. The person's name Artie showed up late. He will give you a good price and that seems to be catch. Schedule to install Sprinkler system was agreed on one of Thursday. No one showed up the whole day. After three try Artie texted me that it was mix-up and he can do installation on April 30th. We agreed. Yesterday 4/29, I had neither text nor phone call for confirmation. I texted Artie and no response. I left VM and no answer. After that he started disconnecting my phone. I had no choice, so I called the main number. At office one lady tried to help me by checking schedule and told me we are not on their schedule for 4/30. I explained that I need to take Day-off for this and he should have at least a curtsy to call me. She promises me that Artie will call you. Instead of calling I got text, and he said I am running late in scheduled installation, and I will not be able to do your job. He even told me that he would be fine if I found another company to do a job. Really, After one month of loss. Please take in writing if they will honor the installation date.

I was extremely impressed with all the crew who were all skillful, safety-oriented and also very courteous and professional. They did an excellent job overall. Owner Dan Marino was outstanding in his knowledge both of trees and also in his handling of heavy equipment, e.g. a tall crane used to raise his worker to climb approx, 75+ ft. up in order to top the tree. The chain saw operator "Omar" who was working high up in the tree showed exceptional skill as well. The lowering of the topped tree top and lowing it to the ground with precision in a very tight spot was truly remarkable to watch! The ground crew worked quickly but thoroughly to dispose of the cut down branches with their powerful chipper and also clean up the area. Overall, an excellent company, I highly recommend them.

The tree was taller than my 2 story central hall colonial as well as on the top of the hill on my property. I called my tree guy who graciously said that the job was too big for him and we needed someone with a crane. He highly recommended Dan and his complany. From day 1, dealing with my village ibn securing the permit to the final day when the tree was removed the process was seamless. Dan and his crew of 4-5 guys showed up on Tuesday to start what we all thought was a 2 day job, with his crane and a cherry picker.
