Thankfully I went with a friend who could give me some pointers beforehand. My only knock on the massage was it was a bit firm on certain body parts and I wasn't sure if it was appropriate to ask for less pressure. My particular person didn't ask if the pressure was ok (like some other reviews stated) so I didn't know if it would be offensive since it was my first time. Warning: the complex is pretty sketched ... but if you can get over it you'll be fine. I got the reflexology 50? Or 60 min I forgot for $50 because I was pregnant! First I put my foot in the warm tub and the masseuse worked on my scalped and arms and concentrated her time on my feet and legs. It was great!! Especially my feet. I used to go to Mins foot massage on federal and this place is a bit more expensive (by $10 I think) but the quality is much better! You don't feel rushed and they don't use that weird oil. My husband got the combo (body and foot) for 60 min $60 and he really enjoyed it as well. He fell asleep! The only negative thing is that it's a hole in the wall kind of place so don't expect aromatherapy or complete silence. You can still hear the street noise and since I did it with my husband in the same room the masseuses were talking to each other in Chinese so it was a bit distracting. You can't ask for specifics on areas because they speak limited English. But you can't beat the price for the quality that you get from a general massage or foot massage! We would go back!

I walked in was able to be seen shortly. I got the $80= 90 minutes combo massage (45 mins foot massage and 45 minutes body). Sandy/Cindy (I didn't hear her name well) brought me into a room which had both the foot massage bed and the normal traditional massage bed. I was told to undress and sit in the foot massage chair. (This is a private room). I had a towel on top of me when she was doing the foot massage, was different for me because foot massages your clothes are on. I actually preferred it because she was able to massage my thighs well. The foot massage included a head massage and wow. Cindy did her thing. I'm a sucker for head massages and the face massage was great too. After she was done with the foot massage she moved to the table. All in all, the massage was amazing. I get massages regularly and usually go to Asian massage parlors. You never know if it's going to be a good therapist or bad one. If I lived closer, gosh, I would be here all the time lol. Idk how the other therapists work but Cindy did a wonderful job. Tru reflexology. A lot of places say it's reflexology but they're not. This place though, the massages were using reflexology techniques 100%.

I receive a lot of work from various skilled practitioners and I am picky about who I return to. I will be going back as often as possible. When I arrived at Ann's studio I was feeling a little scattered and overwhelmed and abstract from hosting 50 people in my home the day before. I was also achey and tight from running stairs in prep for the event the prior week. When I left Ann's office I felt, centered, grounded and all of my achiness and tightness had disappeared. I woke the next day feeling fantastic. At 51 and many years in this business I thought I had a pretty broad view of techniques and specialties but I experienced several techniques with Ann I have never had before and really enjoyed them. Highly recommended for a first rate massage experience.

Did 75 minutes and I will do 90 from now on as I am now a loyal fan of Lucy. I know I have a blocked meridian and my vagus nerves are tense and locked up, Lucy picked up on this and really worked those areas. Great scraping work on the feet and handsbas they are super crunchy. I will budget to see Lucy weekly until I get somewhat back to normal as my body needs help more than my monthly massage appointment. If you are new to "foot massage" it is a full body experience. Best to wear a tank top and shorts and pull your hair into a tight ponytail as no part of your body will be left untouched. You are fully covered with a towel, you stay clothed, but you will have your arms, tush, hips, legs pressure massaged and stretched. Nothing inappropriate, just full, deep body work. Is it relaxing? no. It is rejuvenating? yes. Is it painful? a bit. Is it therapeutic? yes. Will it put you out of your comfort zone? yes but get over it. I was trying to keep my brain from focusing on the sore, tender state of all my muscles, top to bottom as Lucy was working on me, so I focused on being grateful that this older woman was putting so much care and attention into my tired body and helping my body heal itself. The session room is a cool, dark, common space with 6 open beds. Nothing special but pleasant. This is not a spa. You are there for body work. Always be generous and tip 20%+. They charge $60 for 75minutrs which is great, $70 for 90 minutes, so bring some extra $10 and $20 bills with you. They work so hard and it shows, and I am grateful.

This massage style is not for everyone, but for me I absolutely LOVE the reflexology massage I get here. I have been coming here for years now. My last visit was pre-Covid so i was well overdue to get a treatment. After exclusively working from home for 14 months. my body was a wreck. It's hard to beat their price, $69 for 90 mins, are you kidding me?? They've since added heat rocks to the massage which was a new experience for me. The feet in hot water and the uncomfortable position you first lay in are all intentional and part of the experience. I even take my 75 yo mom here. They know how to go softer if you need them to. Rather than relying on words she simply lets out a small pain-like sound if the masseuse is getting too strong for her. It works, and she sits a little taller after the experience. If your adventurous, give em a whirl.

Despite federal law (CARD Act) requiring gift certificates to be valid for at least 5 years, these had a printed 6-month expiration. When I explained the federal law requirement to the owner over speakerphone, he became belligerent and stated directly: "I don't care what the law states, they are expired." He then admitted he's issued "lots of gift certificates" that have expired and refuses to honor any of them. Even after the front desk employee confirmed she personally issued these certificates, the owner refused to honor them or make any exception. I'm deeply disappointed. This isn't just about poor customer service - this is a business owner openly admitting he doesn't care about federal consumer protection laws. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Warning to others: If you've purchased gift certificates from this business, they may refuse to honor them regardless of what the law requires.
