However, they could be a bit more professional. While it was a decent massage, I know it wasn't the full hour. I don't remember the name of the woman who gave me my massage. During my massage she picked up 2 phone calls, since she brought the business phone into the room with her. I've never had that before. Then I could hear and feel her cell phone vibrate in her pocket a couple of times. She also stepped out of the room a couple of times to speak with new customers walking in. I just thought this was super unprofessional, which is how I know I didn't get a full hour massage because I arrived early and left before the hour. I also don't like places that want you to pay before getting your massage. She swiped my card for payment prior to the massage, and had me complete the tip section.

She is responsive to my specific needs, goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable and relaxed, and intuitively focuses on the places where my muscles are the tightest. The hot stones were a nice addition to a perfect spa / reflexology escape. Everything is so new and clean, and they use gloves and masks and provide hand sanitizer. There are enough spaces (4) in a small room to have a girlfriend's day out, but since it was just me they put me in the room by myself. There are other rooms, but everything is quiet and well separated. Honestly, I was so relaxed could have fallen asleep but I didn't want to miss the massage!

Let's be clear, tips are EARNED not just given because it's standard. My massage lady left the door open when she walked out for me to change, ok whatever, then the spots I circled on their form were hardly worked on, I also circled medium pressure, it was a glorified rub and I truly felt not much, she did put the hot stones on a towel and on my back but half of one was on my skin and left a red burn mark for the night, then she left the door open when she was done....mind you, I'm not clothed?? Come pay time. She asks me how much I want to tip and I said $12 (this was $1 less than 20% which I believe is still kind considering I wasn't pleased) and she says "$15 ok?" And I said "no, I said $12" and she grunts and says "oh my gosh." And storms off after giving me my card back. From beginning to end I wasn't pleased and then was hassled for a greater than 20% tip. Will certainly not be coming back.

This massage style is not for everyone, but for me I absolutely LOVE the reflexology massage I get here. I have been coming here for years now. My last visit was pre-Covid so i was well overdue to get a treatment. After exclusively working from home for 14 months. my body was a wreck. It's hard to beat their price, $69 for 90 mins, are you kidding me?? They've since added heat rocks to the massage which was a new experience for me. The feet in hot water and the uncomfortable position you first lay in are all intentional and part of the experience. I even take my 75 yo mom here. They know how to go softer if you need them to. Rather than relying on words she simply lets out a small pain-like sound if the masseuse is getting too strong for her. It works, and she sits a little taller after the experience. If your adventurous, give em a whirl.

Despite federal law (CARD Act) requiring gift certificates to be valid for at least 5 years, these had a printed 6-month expiration. When I explained the federal law requirement to the owner over speakerphone, he became belligerent and stated directly: "I don't care what the law states, they are expired." He then admitted he's issued "lots of gift certificates" that have expired and refuses to honor any of them. Even after the front desk employee confirmed she personally issued these certificates, the owner refused to honor them or make any exception. I'm deeply disappointed. This isn't just about poor customer service - this is a business owner openly admitting he doesn't care about federal consumer protection laws. I'm filing a complaint with the Colorado Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Warning to others: If you've purchased gift certificates from this business, they may refuse to honor them regardless of what the law requires. Spend your money at businesses that respect both their customers and the law.

I didn't mind a male technician, even though I didn't know, more than I minded him being sick. He was sniffling throughout the experience, with led him to breathing loudly, and at one point he sneezed, blew his nose and then went back to touching my face without washing his hands or anything inbetween. It wasn't until I turned around too that I realized he wasn't even at least wearing a mask. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage and I did enjoy mine as well at a base level, again it was mostly just because my masseuse was sick and there were some missed precautions. I appreciated that they did an intake form, and asked if their pressure was okay throughout. I have been to a place before that didn't ask what pressure/areas you wanted worked, and here was honestly a great price for the 2 of us! it was also very clean inside, smelled great and nothing stuck out in those regards. Bottom line would l come back? Yes, but next time I would be more vocal in asking for a technician that's not sick. They also do a punch card, 10th massage is free!
