He was sniffling throughout the experience, with led him to breathing loudly, and at one point he sneezed, blew his nose and then went back to touching my face without washing his hands or anything inbetween. It wasn't until I turned around too that I realized he wasn't even at least wearing a mask. My boyfriend enjoyed his massage and I did enjoy mine as well at a base level, again it was mostly just because my masseuse was sick and there were some missed precautions. I appreciated that they did an intake form, and asked if their pressure was okay throughout. I have been to a place before that didn't ask what pressure/areas you wanted worked, and here was honestly a great price for the 2 of us! it was also very clean inside, smelled great and nothing stuck out in those regards. She should be ashamed but this is actually her SECOND time scamming a business. I think jail time is appropriate now. What could improve yelp asks? Treat employees fairly, don't play favorites. Don't take away services that I sold, and try and let someone who hasn't even taken the approved course or doesn't have a certification do the service just cause they're your buddy or you're trying to promote them. Don't take away a client that I obviously make them happy and upgrade, then give them to someone else. that's how you lose clients and you then have to shut the doors. You can't just shuffle clients around whenever you want to. That's Spa basics 101 and how clients get upset. But oh yeah, you're a narcissist so you don't have feelings and you don't care, that that's why no one's paid and left jobless.
