Not only are you adding fees for costumers paying with a debit card, which in itself is illegal to pass on the charges to your customers, but to follow a customer out of the store demanding a tip is outrageous and outright unacceptable. Tipping is optional, and if it is not, post a sign in your establishment requiring gratuity or up your prices so that the employee doesn't feel the need to harass a costumer that already left.
