He is clearly very knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection, specifying which issues would require professional attention. The inspection report was completed the same day and was accurate, with an appropriate level of detail and photos. Home inspections can be very expensive, but will frequently save you significant amounts of money if they are done properly.
