Came in for a cheeseburger. It was expensive so I had high hopes. My burger was over cooked, they didn't give me the toppings I asked for and included toppings that I didn't ask for. My brother had been here before and and liked it but it wasn't good that night. He went recently and got a $16 omelet that he said was good. There were other items on the menu that I thought I may try in the future but if I have a bad experience on the first visit to a restaurant I won't give it second try. I enjoy the unique coffee and lattes here; however, I have to set out a lot of time to come (even to the drive-through). The workers are friendly, but I have never been served quickly. Today, round two, salty snowman and the breakfast casserole and OHEMGEEE it's delicious! Savory and warm and flavorful on a dreary morning! The salty snowman is one of the best coffee drinks i have tried and i try coffee everywhere and am highly critical! Kudos to this shop! The owner advertise keto bowls carrots are not keto I am baking this Owner to please advertise a low carb you are going to make someone very sick keto is very restrictive. You cannot advertise something as keto if you have not done your research I have been keto for two years. Please this goes out to the owner stop advertising things with keto and putting sugar in them your coffee is not considered sugar free for the syrups if it says sugar in them it should say zero. We are new to town and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. I was excited when my kids got a card for a free ice cream cone from school. We've been staying home a lot lately due to covid but finally got out to try it. I pull up to the drive thru and ask if the flavors under the shake section were the flavors of ice cream they had. The girl responded with, "I don't know but I would think so." Um ok? You aren't sure if those are your flavors? Anyway, I proceed to place my order, taking a wild guess of the flavors I can choose from. I have my order all placed and mentioned something about having the coupon from the school. I had ordered more than just the free ice cream cones since there's more people in my family than we had coupons. She tells me to hold on and comes back to tell me that I can't use the coupons. I ask why and she just says that I can't use them. No explanation. Nothing. I tell her that there's isn't an expiration date on the coupon and the kids just got them when they picked up their end of the school year stuff. She said, "I don't know but you just can't use them." The coupons are about a month old and that month has been spent in quarantine for the most part. Ugh. I then had to explain to my kids why they couldn't get the free ice cream cone which I really didn't have a reason. Who really knows why we couldn't. According to the girl running the window, "we just couldn't use them." It was irritating considering we ordered other stuff. Usually coupons are given out to draw people in to spend more money which is what we were doing. I didn't go through with my order and left. One guy in drive thru had a tooth pick in his mouth DURING A PANDEMIC instead of a mask. His hair is always all over the place. Not in a bun. Clerks need to brush their hair back. Order is often wrong. They say they will refund you but never do. My last straw was when they served me COLD chili that took them 30 minutes to prepare. While they were prepping my cold chili, another lady had been waiting on a lunch order for about an hour. I won't be back. It just seems like they do them all at a mediocre level instead of really excelling in any one. However, I still come here every so often because it's in a safe area, is clean, and has plenty of seating. I like that there is a rewards app, free WiFi, and uplifting music. I do wish the staff were more attentive (seems like a lot of teens work here & sometimes it's hard to get them to focus while I'm placing an order), and for a place with so many food options, there aren't many special-diet friendly options. She handed me the drink but I wanted whip on both which she would've known if she stopped to ask. So I sat there for five minutes with a drink dangling outside of my window. And when she came back I informed her that I wanted whip on both drinks. Then she closed the door rolling her eyes and gave us the change back. And then received the drink. From the website, we expected an authentic, cozy coffee shop with homemade food like those that seem to be so popular now. However, coffee seems to be an afterthought here. The food menu overpowered the ordering area and was overly complicated with micro print too small to read. Coffee was decent, but the bagel we ordered was not. How can you mess up a bagel? I cannot speak to the quality of the food, but I waited over 10 minutes to order when there wasn't even a line inside. My kids only wanted sno-cones, so my order was just 2 sco-cones. It took almost another 10 minutes just for them to make 2 sno-cones. Whyyyyyy? People that ordered specialty coffees 3-4 people behind me in line received their orders quicker than me.
