How to skinny latte a big chocolate chip cookie and a chicken and vegetable dish! Great service and great food!

Ordered the frappe with hazelnut, really can't taste any espresso, that part was a little disappointing but a lot of places are like that. I wish I would have asked for an extra shot of espresso. I had the fricken biscuit, the biscuit was nice and tender but unfortunately the fried pickles made the bottom biscuit soggy and it disintegrated before I could finish it. There is a nice variety of foods and drinks and the staff is very friendly read more

Green Frog Coffee - Bowls - Desserts Near Me - Jackson, Tennessee

Came in for a cheeseburger. It was expensive so I had high hopes. My burger was over cooked, they didn't give me the toppings I asked for and included toppings that I didn't ask for. My brother had been here before and and liked it but it wasn't good that night. He went recently and got a $16 omelet that he said was good. There were other items on the menu that I thought I may try in the future but if I have a bad experience on the first visit to a restaurant I won't give it second try. I guess it's a hit or miss here. read more

I was disappointed, maybe off night. The food was not as good, chicken burnt and had to go inside because microphone not working for drive thru. I think I will just make my own cauliflower bowl at home read more

I want to like this place, I've tried it several times. Tonight I tried again, ordering the special of the day, advertised on the sign. Nope, they don't server that anymore. So I order a baked potato. After an almost 10 minute wait, they delivered a Luke warm potato, with a very small amount of chili. No napkins. I think I'm giving up on y'all. To read more

I enjoy the unique coffee and lattes here; however, I have to set out a lot of time to come (even to the drive-through). The workers are friendly, but I have never been served quickly. Also, I almost always have to remind them of parts of my order. I will go back because of how tasty it is, but do NOT recommend if you are in any kind of rush. read more

food is excellent and they have a drive through with a lot of options. Although, if you're thinking about ordering the soup through drive thru don't it because it's gonna be cold. Service was not nice. read more

the service it's very slow and I understand and appreciate they cook when you order it which I love so I'm not complaining about that. however with inflation going on Greenfrog please find a another vendor for your strips you can only order 3 for $6.50 and they are the size of chicken nuggets you are served a kids meal portion with combo price I was highly upset and would not recommend this place for food. read more

I'm in Jackson for a few days and tried Green Frog the very first morning! I had the dirty snowman and a ham and cheese croissant and both were delish!!! Today, round two, salty snowman and the breakfast casserole and OHEMGEEE it's delicious! Savory and warm and flavorful on a dreary morning! The salty snowman is one of the best coffee drinks i have tried and i try coffee everywhere and am highly critical! Kudos to this shop! Service is awesome and friendly, they have a drive thru, great food and fantastic coffee what more could you ask for?! read more

Ladies and gentlemen if you are keto beware when you were eating here that the owner claims that it is keto approved it is not anyone who knows about keto sugar is not in Keto all the sauces have Sugar. The owner advertise keto bowls carrots are not keto I am baking this Owner to please advertise a low carb you are going to make someone very sick keto is very restrictive. You cannot advertise something as keto if you have not done your research I have been keto for two years. Please this goes out to the owner stop advertising things with keto and putting sugar in them your coffee is not considered sugar free for the syrups if it says sugar in them it should say zero. Carrots are not keto sauces with sugar and honey are not keto It disturbs me when even your people that work for you have told you that this stuff is not keto and yet you continue to advertise that it is I will not be dining here again until this is rectified read more

We are new to town and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. I was excited when my kids got a card for a free ice cream cone from school. We've been staying home a lot lately due to covid but finally got out to try it. I pull up to the drive thru and ask if the flavors under the shake section were the flavors of ice cream they had. The girl responded with, "I don't know but I would think so." Um ok? You aren't sure if those are your flavors? Anyway, I proceed to place my order, taking a wild guess of the flavors I can choose from. I have my order all placed and mentioned something about having the coupon from the school. I had ordered more than just the free ice cream cones since there's more people in my family than we had coupons. She tells me to hold on and comes back to tell me that I can't use the coupons. I ask why and she just says that I can't use them. No explanation. Nothing. I tell her that there's isn't an expiration date on the coupon and the kids just got them when they picked up their end of the school year stuff. She said, "I don't know but you just can't use them." The coupons are about a month old and that month has been spent in quarantine for the most part. Ugh. I then had to explain to my kids why they couldn't get the free ice cream cone which I really didn't have a reason. Who really knows why we couldn't. According to the girl running the window, "we just couldn't use them." It was irritating considering we ordered other stuff. Usually coupons are given out to draw people in to spend more money which is what we were doing. I didn't go through with my order and left. If you're going to give out a coupon WITHOUT and expiration date, you need to honor it. read more

My peach green tea was pretty darn good the same can't be said for my Rueben. Store bought meat (right out of the package looking perfectly formed and vacuum sealed) and bread. Not that it was bad it is just exactly what you would make after a trip to the store if you were craving a generic sandwich, I wanted something a bit more special. read more

Very slow service. Very inaccurate. Very expensive. BAD EXPERIENCE They took about 30-45 minutes preparing a simple order. The clerk gave me a coupon the compensate. When I went the next day to redeem. The male clerk ACCUSED ME OF STEALING. I don't know why I gave them another shot. Clerks do not understand food safety. One guy in drive thru had a tooth pick in his mouth DURING A PANDEMIC instead of a mask. His hair is always all over the place. Not in a bun. Clerks need to brush their hair back. Order is often wrong. They say they will refund you but never do. My last straw was when they served me COLD chili that took them 30 minutes to prepare. While they were prepping my cold chili, another lady had been waiting on a lunch order for about an hour. I won't be back. Even if all other restaurants are closed, I will go on a fast before I eat there again. read more

The coffee I've had from this place has been okay but I'm just not sure why they have the slowest service. I understand worker shortage and all that and I am certainly willing to be patient, but they don't act like they are even trying to do their best under circumstances. Pull up to window to see them all standing there, and I'm literally the only car in the drive through. I had to wait 20 minutes just for a mocha coffee. I tried to always come to this place instead of Starbucks to support local but after this I won't be able to support anymore. read more

The food was delicious. I had a Nashville chicken biscuit and my wife had the nature's feast breakfast platter. The staff were also friendly, and the place was clean. Would definitely recommend! read more

It's a nice place to meet a friend or do a little laptop work, but the coffee and food is not superb. I agree with others that they have a lot going on in one shop, with the vast array of food, dessert, and drink options. It just seems like they do them all at a mediocre level instead of really excelling in any one. However, I still come here every so often because it's in a safe area, is clean, and has plenty of seating. I like that there is a rewards app, free WiFi, and uplifting music. I do wish the staff were more attentive (seems like a lot of teens work here & sometimes it's hard to get them to focus while I'm placing an order), and for a place with so many food options, there aren't many special-diet friendly options. They have weekday plate meals and specialty milkshakes that seem to be a hit if you're looking for that kind of thing. read more

The punch is delicious, the milkshakes are amazing, the lunches are ok. They are bland, mediocre. Not at all worth the cost.

Got two drinks in the drive thru and the girl was so rude when I asked for whipped cream on my frappe. She handed me the drink but I wanted whip on both which she would've known if she stopped to ask. So I sat there for five minutes with a drink dangling outside of my window. And when she came back I informed her that I wanted whip on both drinks. Then she closed the door rolling her eyes and gave us the change back. And then received the drink. Also the coworkers in the back were laughing at us like we have done something wrong. I suggest more training on how to treat customers. read more

Disappointing only because of our expectations. Made a special trip off the interstate while driving through for coffee. From the website, we expected an authentic, cozy coffee shop with homemade food like those that seem to be so popular now. However, coffee seems to be an afterthought here. The food menu overpowered the ordering area and was overly complicated with micro print too small to read. Coffee was decent, but the bagel we ordered was not. How can you mess up a bagel? Service was weak. Good food, good coffee, good service all draw repeat customers. They've got some work to do; 2 stars because it's not a lost cause. read more
