First, let me say that they have a charitable donation jar by the register rather than a tip jar. Often times the donations go to dog and children charities. Good for you Dale! Second, the cupcakes and desserts are delectable. The $5 boxed lunch is a fantastic deal with a hand-written message inside each box. Thank you! Third, the customer service is fantastic. I love going here, and I love the people and atmosphere. I recommend this place without hesitation. read more

They didn't have any condiments for my sandwhich, the sandwhich was cold and hard.. I walked back in and asked if they could atleast heat it for me and the kid at the register seemed in a rush and told me they didn't have a microwave, a heater, or an oven.. He threw cheese on my sandwhich and they all left the building.. Never coming back. I had to go home and fix my sandwhich from there read more

Went by Thursday and got 3 strawberry and 3 chocolate cupcakes. they were just to dry for me. Definitely not worth 26 or 27 dollars. Wont be trying them again. The cashier was very nice. That's the only reason i gave 3 stars read more

Terrible customer service. Went in for a few cupcakes for a treat for some co-workers. One employee was sitting talking to another person at the table, no one ever asked if i needed any help so i walked out. Poor customer service. read more

We stopped here on our drive from Houston to Nashville and are so glad we did. My pimento cheese sandwich served on a croissant was exceptional and my wife thoroughly enjoyed her popping grilled cheese sandwich, also served on a croissant. The cupcakes were delicious. The quality and value exceeded expectations. Don't go chain, go local and give this place a try read more

I have had cupcakes here many times and love them. My favorite is the coconut cupcake. I live in VA so whenever I visit family in Reagan TN we always come here for cupcakes. I really like the owner and his dad and love to support local business and young entrepreneurs. I had previously read several bad reviews for their box lunch. So today we decided to get a pimento cheese box lunch while picking up our typical order of cupcakes. For $5 you get a very flavorful pimento cheese on white, wheat or croissant, a cupcake and a beverage. You can add chips for $1. A lot of people have complained about the bread in these box lunches. I had the white bread and it was soft, and fresh, just a nice sandwich bread. It comes with a can of soda, not a fountain drink. Fountain drinks would be a welcomed addition. In sum, it is a simple lunch, nothing fancy, but definitely worth $5. read more

What a joyful surprise! First time here and will be back! Delicious sandwich on a croissant. Salads available, grilled items also. Yummy cupcakes with cool old school song names! Bakery items throughout and handmade crafts for sale. They are celebrating their 10 year anniversary this summer. Do yourself a tasty favor and check them out. read more

If mom and pop places are your jam you will love the Woodstock Bake Shop. The store is casual and laid back, the staff friendly and the cupcake watching exceptional. We stopped by this week for lunch and were oh so pleased we did! The boxed lunch was delicious and the cupcake delightfully delicious! This little hidden gem doesn't have a tip jar, they do however have a charity donation jar at the register for causes worth helping! This little bake shop reminds me of a popular Memphis stop that shall remains nameless. It's exceptionally noteworthy and a great addition to the Jackson TN restaurant line up. The cupcakes were better than moms but don't tell her that, pull in today and see for yourself. read more

This is a great little cupcake shop. We had a strawberry and a banana cupcake. They both had cream cheese frosting. Surprisingly the banana cupcake was a favorite. Both cupcakes were very moist and had a fine texture. read more

Three words: CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON! Okay, more than three words. Great cupcakes! (Not over-sized with a cup of sweeter than syrup frosting.) Lot's of flavors. Lot's of excellent treats. Cool atmosphere, great bakery, chocolate covered bacon. WHAT MORE COULD YOU ASK FOR?! read more

This place is a want a be Sam's Club which is giving it some credit. My daughter and I went in and lost a quarter just to leave after a minute or two. Their advertisement is very misleading to the Max's about this place. I'm not at all impressed by what I seen on my first and last visit. The buggy was I going to use was hard to push because one of the wheels was dragging even though it looked fairly new. The quarter thing was a very old Save A Lot deal that went out in the 80's with them. read more

Cupcakes are the best! Love them! Yum! Great for the price too!! All favors are delicious

A nice treat especially if you just got done with dealing with things at the courthouse across the street. Service is great, the sweets are, well, sweet and their coffee was just right (way better than Starbucks if I do say so myself). The atmosphere is also relaxing with the quiet jazz playing in the background and the ambient sound of the cafe. read more

Wow. These cupcakes are every bit as delicious as the ones at Muddy's in Memphis. The lemon is my personal favorite. My mom tried the strawberry with strawberry and said they were the best she's ever had. We will definitely be back next time we come to Jackson! read more

Family, locally owned and operated bakery featuring the finest in cupcakes, brownies, homemade pimento cheese and more! While this shop is oriented to that phenomenon that was the Woodstock music festival, owner Matthew Childress does not require that you wear Birkenstocks & Patchouli to come on in and enjoy! read more

Woodstock has great cupcakes, pies, cookies and brownies. It's a great little bake shop just off of Vann Drive near the Cracker Barrel.

Woodstock has the best cupcakes and brownies I've ever had! I'm looking forward to going back and trying the homemade candy.
