well, well, well how do I start this off? I am pissed. and that is just me being nice. let me start off with the pink velvet cookie cake. boy let me tell you I am pissed. I am so pissed. I tried this with my cousin and my sister mind you my sister goes to Korea. I wanted to give her one last good treat an old boy did I fail not even me you guys did. I said when I walked in the house, I have the best cookies hopes up and all. we tried the pink velvet cookie cake, and I am disappointed as shit it tasted like I was eating candle wax mixed with shit quite literal shit from my grandma's black molded bathroom. now to the marshmallow sandwich cookie before walking away I said wait. I have another best cookie. Give it one more chance so we did. Oh boy it just looked like I ate the whole McDonald's menu in the toilet. now the yellow sheet cake tasted like actual shit. my grandpa is in the hospital with cancer. He has very bad diarrhea as well. My cousin has to get up every single day go every single afternoon and every single night to change his diaper because no one in that hospital will. The lemon Glades cookie oh boy when I tell you, I thought I was gonna die. I felt like I ate Febreze it sent me flying quite literally. I thought I was gonna blackout. I am very, very disappointed. my grandma and grandpa broke up years ago. thought my life was gonna end when they broke up but they stayed best friends now she wants him for his money cause he gets $1000 a week. The one time I get $25 dollars I buy crumble oh boy do I regret it I would rather just went to Walmart and buy the five dollar pack. mind you, my sister is going to South Korea. She is going to be tortured because she is white. my cousin has to go back to her abusive mom because you crumble. I am from NJ, and none of the companies involved in the Utah Cookie War is in my area. So during a road trip from NJ to Dallas Texas, I made it my mission to try Crumble Cookies given all of the rave on social media and random cookie tasting tests that seemed to keep Crumbl Cookies on top. I was super surprised at how large these cookies are. They are literally donut sized cookies, which was very exciting. They have an easy kiosk where you can place your order without having to speak with anyone, and they also have a cashier, just in case you don't want to use the kiosk to place your order. I got a box of 6 cookies. As soon as I got into the car, I needed to try the chocolate chip cookie (a classic cookie that so many raved about on LinkedIn). Immediately, upon my first bite, I knew that I wasn't going to take another bite. It tasted like a few chocolate chips were stuffed into a stick of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter," artificial butter chemical after taste and all. I was so disappointed and chose not to try any of the other flavors at that moment. I felt so duped. Once again, social media let me down, and I immediately began to question whether those "blinded" taste testing videos were un-disclosed paid Crumbl marketing campaigns. There is no way this chocolate chip cookie could ever win an award consecutively. The Panera bread chocolate chip cookies taste better. The BJs chocolate chip cookies taste better...MOST other chocolate chip cookies taste better than this one. I could literally feel the crisco oil coating my teeth after just one bite. Later that night, in my hotel room, I reluctantly chose to taste a slither of the others. The only one I liked was the pumpkin pie one. It was literally a mini pumpkin pie. I still couldn't eat all of it cause of how buttery it was. I felt my arteries clogging with each bite. But the pumpkin pie cookie was definitely a tastey treat if eaten in moderation over a span of a week. I give it up to Crumbl for their brilliant social media campaigns, but they need to revisit the amount of oil they put in their cookies. read more

Always sold out Of the cookies we want when we go and rude employees. Quick ambiance though.

I love ordering their cookies to have delivered for a birthday/ get well / condolences/ etc. I ALWAYS pay the small fee to have it look like a gift (sticker & elastic bow) and I ALWAYS type a message for the recipient. They have never gotten it completely right and they never put the message on the box. How are people supposed to know who they are from if they don't put the message on it? Sometimes they will put the sticker but leave off the bow and sometimes it won't have either that you paid extra for. I just don't understand why those simple things are so difficult to follow through with. read more

I love the convenience of having a "self checkout" option! I have always had a great experience at this location. The staff are friendly and keep it clean inside. My only qualm is that they are typically sold out of the particularly popular cookie of the week. I've lost out on trying flavors I really wanted to try because of this, even if I came at not-so-busy time. I will definitely return! read more

I'm a huge fan of Crumbl and going to give it 5 stars not only for the taste but also for the service. Had a bad experience and the manager went above and beyond to more than make up for it. My girlfriend and I come in every week to try out the new flavors. Some are hits and some are misses. New flavors every week so I can't give one to go try. It was slow service at first but lately it's been extremely fast and easy. One of my favorite places to come and always makes me happy just to try the new flavors out. read more

The cookies are great, my complaint is I ordered my cookies way in advance to keep from them running out of them. I arrive and all I hear is them telling others they're sold out, and then they tell me they don't have them. My order was nearly specifically the cookies that were out. What is the point of ordering ahead if they're not going to fulfill your order. Waste of time. read more
