We ditched the DG/Xenoscape from our old backyard design after we got a dog and a new baby boyy - it became unberably unusable and a mess to deal wih. We decided to do with some pavers and wanted grass but didnt want to upkeep it with water, so we decided on turf. After checking with several places, some even with cheaper pricing, we decided to go with GF because of their impeccable customer service, straight forward and seemingly honest upfront position, and beautiful work. From the first phone call with Stacy, I could tell we were going to have a different, positive and professional experience and I was correct to a assume such. Orren came down for a quote and was extremely professional and cared about our budget. Gave us multiple options. As the GM he checked in on us when the project was going - even checking on minute details that most other organizations would overlook - making sure we would be happy with the final product. We are very happy and love using our back yard with the little one. We have used it more as a family in recent weeks than we have in years with the DG. Doggo is loving it too. Great company, excellent QUICK work (ours took 2.5 days), extremely responsive to text and phone calls. Would definitely use again if needed. Sweet warrantees too. You get what you pay for. We could have gottenn a lower price but the service and the warrantees and the great product are something you cant absolutely redue if you pick a cheaper company just to keep the price down.
If I could, I'd give this company 100 stars! Hmm...Where to start? We wanted to convert our backyard to synthetic turf and with the amazing ratings we had to give them a call and we are so glad we did! Orren came out and spoke with us and showed us his samples and explained the process and what they will do over a course of a day or two. Let me tell you, he can sell honey to bees! He's an amazing salesman! He worked with us and was excellent at communicating and responding to our texts and calls. The day of install was a crazy day! There was great communication in the beginning, touching up and going over what they were gonna do again. A bunch of guys showed up, I believe it was Donald, Chase, and someone else. They worked so hard to take out our existing grass, put in the weed barrier, put down the gopher wiring and pounded down the dirt. When they were packing up to leave, no one really mentioned to us "the plan". Like, what time they were gonna be back in the morning or if we could or couldn't walk on the dirt. One of the guys said they'll be back at 7 tomorrow. Eh, no biggie. Day 2, installation of the turf. If you ever seen how they do this, it is a tedious job!!! They literally hand pound each huge nail into the ground about every 3-5 inches apart!!! Imagine going around ALL the edges and in between on all fours pounding these ginormous nails in the ground! INSANE!!!!! Noe, who is a project manager is awesome! He got his hands dirty and helped out the guys! He was bussing his butt just like everyone else! He noticed one area that wasn't suppose to be a straight edge and brought it to our attention and double checked with us if we had changed our minds from a slight curved edge to a straight edge. And we did not change our minds, so we are extremely fortunate that he had pointed that out before laying down the turf. Once the turf was completely installed my kids absolutely enjoyed it! They even did a great job at cleaning up their mess! 2-3 weeks later, we discovered water in our backyard...water!? There shouldn't be any water because the guys had capped the sprinklers. Long story short, one of the nails punctured one of the pipes. Yoshi who is the guy in charge, made an effort to come down himself to take a look at it and called Jason and Donald to come and fix the issue. Next morning, I went to test it, and yet again, water coming out, but from a few inches away from the first leak. Called Yoshi and agin and later that same day, Jason and Donald was back in my backyard fixing another pipe that was pierced by the nails from the gopher wiring. The guys worked till the sun went down! Literally, they worked till about 8:15ish! They were so nice about it and very apologetic about everything. These guys worked so hard! I know these things happen and it's very common. The best part is that when there's a problem, this company will make it right and fix it as soon as they can! We've gotten so many compliments about how it "looks real" and how gorgeous our backyard looks. The nice thing is that it'll stay green forever! I highly highly recommend this company! Seriously, you will not be disappointed!
I Contacted several companies for a turf job for my backyard because my dogs kept tearing up the planter area. Yoshi was extremely helpful, he even measured the area with me and I realized several other companies gave me a much higher square footage number! Then job was completed beautifully and what a transformation! It was done efficiently, quickly, and pricing was also great! Highly recommended!
They help my vision come to life in our dirt backyard! Thankful for Joe and Hugo for making my backyard awesome and in less than 2 weeks they were finished!
Green Forever just completed a project for myself and my next door neighbor. Joe was great and very attentive to all our questions and concerns and went that extra mile to help us. Both of our projects involved artificial grass in the front yard and putting greens in the backyard. Once the project started, Raul and his team conducted themselves extremely professionally and the quality of their work was outstanding. They finished both projects in a 4 days. I would highly recommend Green Forever. Thank you again!
I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to install artificial turf. We have now used them for both the front and back yard. Not only did they show up on time everyday they were actually early. Everyone was super friendly and hardworking. Yoshi was always quick to respond to any questions I had. 5 star recommendations for sure. They even made a little dog bone shape mat For my dog with the extra grass left over. !!!!
Amazing service. From the moment we contacted the company, all the way through the end of the job, Veteran's Turf were always accommodating, and professional. Customer service was great also! As many questions as you may have, they were always happy to answer and provide clarity for any concerns. Our lawn came out better than we imagined.
My family and I had a good experience with them. Orren came out after hours, which was very convenient for us. He showed us some pictures and gave us his input on certain things. He was super helpful. He's a good salesman (coming from a salesman myself). We made some changes after the first meeting, so he actually came out again and looked at our yard again just to be sure he understood what we were asking. This level of care was taken throughout the process. Yoshi then came in and took over. I was once again surprised at the high level of professionalism. Yoshi was thorough and made sure things went according to plan. I was on a tight timeframe and they made it happen super fast. I definitely recommend these guys based on my experience.
Finished the backyard in a week while neighbors had to wait over a month for their yards to be done at a lesser quality. We have received plenty of compliments and don't hesitate to refer when asked to Joseph & Green Forever.
This was by far the most seamless project and experience ever.we love our new yard. Both back and front look amazing. Orren, Yoshi and their team were awesome. Very professional and hardworking. We had pet turf installed for our fur babies and they love it. If your looking for turf Green Forever is the place. I already have neighbors asking about the turf. We have already referred Green Forever to my sister's boyfriend In Fontana. Looking forward to many years using our new space.
I highly recommend GF! Orren and his team were very professional and I'm still blown away by the fact that they completed the entire job in 2 days! The Project Managers checked in with us each morning and throughout the day, and answered all of my questions. This is not a clean and easy job and during the process I was worried about how the cleanup would go....I had nothing to be worried about! The cleanup was perfect. GF pays attention to every little detail. As you can see from the photos, the results speak for themselves, but I can tell you that we've already received sooo many compliments and I just love looking out at my yard! So much useable, functional space for my family and my dog loves it! Save yourself some time and call GF first! You won't be disappointed!!
Had 270 sq ft of turf added to one side of our back yard plus decorative rocks on the opposite side. Orren, the general manager came within a day or two for the original quote. When we agreed to the terms the job was scheduled for the following week. The job was completed in one day and is beautiful! The workers (from 4 to 6 of them throughout the day), were very hard-working, polite, and competent. They arrived on time as scheduled and left the yard spotlessly clean. Jason, their leader, consulted with us as they were working to make sure of exactly what we wanted. I can not recommend this company enough! They were not the cheapest quote we got but they were worth every penny because of the outstanding work they did. Our yard is absolutely beautiful. Here are before and after pics
Troy came out in the rain I might add and gave us an estimate and we let them know we live in as association and we have to get approval and they were very understanding and helpful. After we got the approval they were actually able to start the job 2 days later and done in 1 day. Now our front lawn looks amazing and we did a portion of the back yard. The entire crew was amazing and polite and professional. I recommend this company to all my friends neighbors and any person who wants a beautiful low to no maintenance yard. We called them originally because we had a major gopher problem which Green Forever was able to assist us with they layer down a gopher wire as well as weed barrier so that our yard will remain damage free and the product is pet and child friendly. Plus it comes with a 15 year warranty for the gopher and damage and 2 year warranty on any installation issues or defects. We are extremely happy.

Let me start by saying we obtained multiple quotes from other companies and decided on Veteran Turf (Green Forever). We met first with Orren in AUG of 2019 but wasn't ready to start our project until 2020. Orren stayed in contact with us periodically and always made himself available when we had questions. Our front yard was a total mess. He assisted us with the design and guided us to a solution that fit our budget. The crew that came to complete our project were professional, nice, and super efficient. Our project was done in just 2 short days. We even had a hiccup and had to make some last minute changes. Dakota and the crew, along with Yoshi (who I believe manages all the projects), Orren and my husband and I worked together and solved the issue within minutes. In just 48 hours, we arguable has the best yard on the block. What I love about it is that we don't really have to do anything to the front yard. It looks perfect practically all the time. We are super happy with how everything came out, and would totally work with Veteran Turf again. read more

I had a really great experience with Green Forever. I called and scheduled an appointment for a quote. Orren came out and provided samples of the different types of turf that they carried. He walked us through the process and answered any questions that we had. I didn't want to keep shopping around and made it known to Orren. We closed the deal the same day and the crew came out a few days later to install. The workers were very professional and always kept me in the loop. We couldn't be more happier with the finished product. I would recommend Green Forever to anyone looking for a solid and professional landscaping company. read more

We had Orren from Veteran Turf come out and give us a quote and install. They were cheaper than all the quotes i received. They were all in with us designing our half grass half putting green area. They helped and provided their opinion, they do this professionally. They finished our 600sq ft area in a day and a half. Tony and the crew were awesome and they went above and beyond building the area. We loved the family affair and how they are family and childhood friends knocking it out together. We had 8 guys knocking it out like a well oiled machine. My family loved them and we could not be happier with it all. If you use them you wont be disappointed. read more

We were referred to Green Forever by some friends of friends. Got in touch with sales rep Orren Stein who came at the weekend to give us a quote. Through the whole quote / measure up he was super friendly, encouraging us to ask any questions no matter how basic they seemed (after all we were pure novices at artificial turf!) and encouraging us to consider things we had not. Once we decided to go with these guys (an easy and quick decision), the work was scheduled for first thing Monday. What was originally expected to be a 2-day job was done in a single day (albeit a long one!), the team were fantastic from Production Manager Yoshi keeping in constant touch to Marcus the Project Manager checking in throughout the day to the awesome guys doing the heavy work. No-one could have been more polite, courteous or concerned about how we felt throughout the whole process (which was only actually a little more than 48 hours from meeting to completion!) and especially how we felt about how it looked when complete. We could not be more happy with the final result and would definitely encourage anyone to contact these guys if you are considering artificial turf - I know many of our neighbors have already contacted them! read more

This is an Excellent Company!! What a difference!!! Going from Dirt to turf in the High Desert was a big decision for us . Dirt was costly to maintain in a clean presence due to weed abetment not to mention toxic chemicals that were needed. The finished product looks beautiful so many compliments and interest by passerby's and neighbors & there is literally no maintenance. Orren and Yoshi took care of us from beginning to end and they were so easy to work with. All their staff were so professional and helpful, great customer service A+ all the way. We couldn't be happier with the job they did and will definitely use them again in the future. They also answer the phone every time you call with a question or concern and make sure you're completely satisfied. Thanks you Orren, Yoshi, and all the guys who worked on my yard. read more

I have to say I am extremely happy with how our experience was with Green Forever Turf From Fullerton! Orren was our rep/General manager and he was very accommodating to meet up with us late evening considering I work long hours. He was very detailed in explaining the process, what they use, and was willing to work with me on how we wanted our yard done. I did my fair amount of shopping from a few different turf companies, and yes some came in just slightly cheaper and some came in wildly higher. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and for the level of quality of turf, fair price, professionals on the team that actually came out to do the job. Save yourself the time shopping around and go with Green forever you will NOT be disappointed. I want to thank Noe who was very helpful and had good communication with me as they were doing the yard and building the planters I wanted and the team did a great job! Thank you Orren and Green forever! I can say I have 100% confidence in their expertise! read more

They transformed my backyard to a place where I can have cookouts again. Due to the restrictions on water usage in Norwalk, CA, our yard dried up. Also, having two dogs didn't help, as our yard was filled with dirt and weeds. Fortunately, I came across Green Forever and they were quick to give me an option that suited my needs and budget. We went with pavers and artificial pet turf. My yard looks great and totally different. Even my neighbor took notice and said that it looks "sweet." I am glad I came across Orren and his staff. They answered all of my questions, and they put customer service first. In their business, the customer is what drives them to do "perfect" work. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the work done by the Green Forever Crew. I inquired online for a quote late on a Sunday night and within minutes I was welcomed to a text message from Orren trying to set up a free estimate. Orren showed up on time and walked us through the entire process. He was very informative with his product and at no point did he "push" a sale on us. After meeting with Orren we knew we went to the right company. The next day Noe showed up to do a final site survey. He was super friendly and also very informative regarding the process and the product that they provide. After Noe completed his site survey we booked a date for installation. On the date of install Project manager Yoshi and crew showed up on time as expected and were extremely friendly and personable. Each member had a smile on their face the whole day and were willing to answer any question that was had. The crew completed the installation in one day and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. If you are looking to install turf Green Forever is the way to go. read more
