They have an extensive coffee, trail mix, snacks purchase by the pound section. Bakery, spices by the pound, deli section, ready-to eat section, ready-marinated meats section, and so much more. Samples are available upon request to try. They do have some competitive advantage against Giants: organic cherries, cold-pressed coconut water (I think?), and more fair-trade/humane items. Some downsides: not WIC eligible and doesn't have Flashfood like Giants. But am glad that they're competing with giants and could maybe tame down the grocery prices in Roosevelt Mall.

Not just your ordinary farm mart, Lou's offers cakes, produce, deli, seasonal items and even frozen…read moremeals. Lou's soups are a fan favorite here and taste like home made. With insane specials, sometimes Lou's is better than the grocery store. Look for Logan on TikTok to find out what's on sale each week. Plenty of spring summer flowers to choose from on the spring and Christmas trees and grave items in the winter their outdoor area is just as fresh as their produce. While not everyone shares Logan's exuberance, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Weekends can be quite crowded but they really work efficiently to get you checked out.
