a variety of fruits and vegetables

I should've been shopping here more often. Decent prices, I picked up herbs, and fruit from here. They have my favorite flower (orchid) on sale for 6 dollars. I have big decoration plans for them in my new place :) Bring cash if you come here, don't be overwhelmed by long lines they move quickly. My herbs are a little wilted. I watered them and I have them in vase now on my window trim. If they perk up than my experience here will keep the fan rating :)

Produce Junction has the best prices on fruits, veggies, and flowers. They also have a huge variety of these items, so you can find almost any fruits or vegetables you want here. All sales here are cash only, and there is an ATM located at the entrance of the store. Each category of product (veggies, fruits, and flowers) has their own check out line. Flowers are either purchased outside or at the front door, veggies to the back left, and fruits to the back right. Most fruit and veggie products are located behind the counters, so hop in line, read the signs, and be prepared to tell the workers what you want when you get to the front of the line. The other products can just be picked up and brought to the counter. The center of the store always has flower bouquets, the left side of the store normally has flowers for graves, and there are outdoor flowers all around as well as desk plants. Produce has some of the best prices I've seen on plants, and is a great place to start your plant shopping. This selection is also very seasonal- and is a great place to get a Christmas Tree (only $25!). The lines here can get very long, sometimes it is best to split up to get in and out.

Cheap, but extremely hit-and-miss. Like the other reviewers mentioned, plan to use anything you buy here in a day or two, or you'll be sending it to the trash. Some of the items (apples come to mind) went from unripe to overripe overnight- not sure how that even happens. I've had enough bad experiences with the fruit to stay away, unless they're going in a blender. Gets crowded between 5-6pm. Cash only.

The prices are always right! Came looking for flowers, and unfortunately most of their selection wasn't doing too well. Maybe an anomaly!

I seriously can't choose what to eat on Saturdays when I go there. Today I had breakfast burritos, street tacos and a to die for smoked beef sandwich! Haddonfield farmers market is only a few miles away and I go there to pick up a few veggies, fruit as well as maybe a baked good or two. This market is located in the center of Haddonfield in closed circular pedestrian area which is surrounded by boutiques, tailoring ship and an ice cream parlor. On Saturday they transform the area with vendors selling fresh vegetables and fruits, pizza, flowers, cookies, cakes and pastries. The selections are much smaller than other area markets but it gathers a crowd and they are appreciative of your business. Haddonfield is a small enclave only a few miles from Philadelphia. So, the small town feel is humbling yet knowing a major city is a train ride away is the best of both worlds if you want to visit a larger Farmers Market for more selections. Otherwise, this market will get you through with the enjoyable delectable it offers.

It has many of the traditional fresh fruit and veggie selections you'd see at a typical market, but there are a couple standouts that should put this market in your rotation: 1. Surprisingly a lot of local liquor options. Between beer and spirits, this market features 3-4 different alcohol vendors all with unique flavor and styles. 2. O.K. Charley's Craft BBQ - I'm going to be honest.. this is arguably the best bbq in the area. Their brisket is melt in your mouth tender and juicy with a perfect pepper bark that really gives that texture and depth of flavor good BBQ is supposed to have. This is absolutely worth the trip alone 3. Central location - this market is close to a bunch of small locals spots that I enjoy. Troubled Brewing coffee is only steps away, you can get something hearty from Local Links or walk down the street for some ice cream. You can really turn this farmers market visit into a full afternoon adventure if you choose too! Lastly, there is a small little car show that always happens the same day just on the edge of the market. If you enjoy looking at fun cars, you can pop into the car show while eating Empanadas from Lola's at the market for a perfect Sunday market experience

SO much to love about this market: some Philly favorites like Kismet Bagels and Milk Jawn ice cream, and then a number of local farmers selling everything from peas to kale to strawberries to chicken - depending on the season. You'll also find Revolution Coffee right at the entrance selling cold brew for $4. Happiness to me is wandering a market with a full cold brew, so mission accomplished here. I grabbed sic apple cider donuts, blueberries, chicken thighs, mushrooms (would stop by her booth EVERY time - delicious mushroom combos that made my risotto that night totally out of this world), and left only like $30 poorer. This is the best way to buy produce, and everything truly was delicious. I am still working through the blueberries and feel totally ruined since these are by far the best I've ever had. Big shoutout to all of the farmers bringing this to life and the many Collingswood families using this service to it's fullest extent. I cannot wait for my next trip!
