My inquiry was sent to 5 other companies and I went with Drip Clean because of their professional, fast response to my inquiry, ability to come to my home and their competitive pricing. They arrived at 9am this morning and are now just finishing up at 1:30pm! They did an incredibly thorough job- more than I could have ever done myself, to help me prepare to cart around my newborn during COVID times. They brought everything they needed to clean my car- just used my external power outlet and water supply (but they have a generator and I think they can even bring the water if needed). They are extremely experienced and just all around nice people. I will go with them again in the future if I need to have a car detailed.

This business was closed more than an hour after it was supposed to be opened. 2. I had an appointment. Why would a responsible business begin handling personal matters before verifying the day's schedule? Why would a business that is supposed to be open all more than a half hour to go by with even checking for new customers?! Again, I arrived at 8:43 and departed at 9:20! 3. I called SIX TIMES! When someone finally answered (and didn't hang up on me) more than an hour later, there was no offer of consideration to salvage the appointment. No, " Hey ...sorry you drove all the way here for an appointment and I IGNORED you because I was too busy cleaning my car. How about I throw in a discount for your inconvenience?" Instead, I got..."if your number wasn't made private it would have gone differently." No, I think this morning was for the best. Now, I can ensure my money goes to a business that is willing to demonstrate it values my business...even if that means I pay a bit more. For me, great customer service is a top priority. I won't respond to any further comments from this business. Buyers...beware! ________ I reached out to this business by phone on last Sunday to request a quote for removal and replacement of the tint on my back window. I was quoted approximately $130. Because I wanted a more definitive quote, I drove to the business on Friday and was quoted $130 for the standard tint and $180 for ceramic. I scheduled and appointment for today (Sunday) at 9am to have the ceramic tinting done. When I arrived at 8:43am, the first thing I noticed was that the lights were off. Given that the business claims to be open from 8am-5pm seven days a week, I found it odd. However, the closer it got to 9am without anyone coming to the door the more anxious I became. I got out of my car and knocked on the door TWICE before 9am with no answer. So, I began calling the number on the door. The first time, the phone was answered by a male who said "Hello" but who did not respond nor confirm when I asked if I had reached the business in question. The person then hung up and did not answer any of my follow-up calls. I also made several attempts calling secondary number that was printed on a sheet of paper and taped to the door. Again, no answer. At 9:12, I made a final attempt and left a voicemail sharing that I was currently at the business waiting for my scheduled appointment. I said I would wait 5 more minutes. Instead, I waited 8 and left at 9:20am. At 10am, I decided to call again to see if someone would answer. I didn't want to provide a negative review if there was a valid reason for the business not being open and ready to provide service. The phone was answered after a few rings and person provided a pretty insincere 'apology' and shared that he was 'in the back cleaning my car'. That was it. No genuine apology. No reasonable explanation. Just a cavalier and ambivalent attitude regarding the loss of business and poor customer service experience provided. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this business. Today, they have truly earned this 1-star review.

Since I had a prior cleaning and images to compare it too, I expressed to him the seats weren't as clean as he's done them in the past he offered to fix the back and come out with for an additional fee of $20. I paid him $190 (for upcharges he insisted on) then another $25 for him to return to redo the back. I ask if he can do the front and passenger with the likeness of the back as I seen it looked a lot the first cleaning and he wanted $40 per each seat totally $295.00 for what was originally $150 a full detail. He continually upcharges you instead of taking into the opinion & satisfaction of his client. I then told him this "full detail" is becoming incredibly pricey, going up to $300. I also stated I could have took it to a dealership or a few businesses and they would have done the shampooing job and detail for a lot less. He proceeded to tell me my vehicle is old, had mold & roaches and stains insulting my car as if it was a 97' Toyota in the junk yard. My car is a 2017 and the cleaning work was light, other than the some stains my child did in the back seats. my car is an average car that gets frequent cleanings every 6 months. I feel disrespected, I had reservations and canceled on a 5 star service to do my car and for $200, out of loyalty for going to the same person and him doing a good job, it was not worth it. The seats are still dirty and the air conditioner radio area is not as clean with sticky residue. It was not a good clean. I sent so many people to him for what? DO NOT TRUST THIS CAR WASH - They Damaged My Mother's Car…read moreVisit Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025 My mother took her Tesla to Johnny Clean Car Wash on this date, and the wash scratched the paint severely along the side of the car. She has clear video and photos showing the difference before and after, so the damage absolutely occurred there. When she brought it to their attention, some of the regular workers tried to be kind to her, but the manager on duty, Taji Street, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. Instead of taking accountability, Taji refused to allow my mother to keep photos she took of the damage on-site -- almost like they were trying to prevent any evidence from being documented. That alone says everything about how this place handles responsibility. My mother filed a damage report and was assured someone from corporate would reach out. It has now been over two weeks with zero response. No email, no call, nothing. Total avoidance and neglect. At this point she will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, because the lack of accountability and the disrespectful treatment from management is unacceptable. This car wash damaged the vehicle, refused to acknowledge it, and then ignored follow-up. Terrible management. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. If you value your car, go anywhere else.
