However, it is my duty to make sure fellow yelpers and future patients of this place know what I've personally experienced so they can be aware too. If you choose to seek help from crossroads, know that their are great therapist here and REALLY bad ones too. I've experienced condescending, rude and careless providers here. The communication between staff and providers seems obsolete at times. I won't go into too much detail with what happened but I will tell you who you can trust at Crossroads. Laura Fite and Kaitlin Hiddle! They are awesome providers!! Both of them are empathetic, understanding and will care for your well being. On another note, Who ever reads this in search of help, know that I feel you and things will get better as long as you keep trying :) you got this and keep going!

They offer a wide range of therapy services because they have at least a dozen mental health professionals available. From counseling to brainspotting, it's super impressive all they have to offer for people of all ages. It was super easy to schedule the first appointment directly on their website. The form asks you for your preferences and you can request a specific therapist as well. It took only a couple of days for them to contact me to schedule the first appointment. They ask you to fill out an intake form that gives them more context, all can be submitted electronically. They are also very responsive via text messages. I have been going to my therapist for almost a year now and I can't rave enough about them. It has been life changing and I'm so glad I found them. I also have other friends that come to Resolve and even though they have different therapists, they also highly recommend them. I always go to this office on Lewis but they also have another location on 21st and Columbia Ave. The main entrance is on the west side of the building and the office is located on the second floor.

We still talk, but she has given me tools that while not new to me, their use under Linda's instructions has produced tangible relief and the ability to diffuse anxiety. I initially booked because I was in the process of moving, changing jobs, and in the middle of an over-all upside down life transition. I was having difficulty sleeping and making time for myself. I am so grateful I took an hour of my time to spend on her table. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly and gave me a cup of herbal tea. The table was comfortable and she walked me through exactly what she would be doing. Then, the magic. I definitely felt the moment my body was at ease as she put warm packs on my joints and I drifted in and out of consciousness. Was it sleep? Deep relaxation? I don't recall, but as a wholistic practitioner myself I can say I hope to send future clients to her to experience what I did.
