Ramsey Reed my case manager sharing so much of her own experience is invaluable. Not to mention her home visits really make a difference in my ability to successfully maintain. Danielle Ray and Latiffany Patrick, Kristin, Chris, Drake, only some of the therapists I've had who need to know your work is not going unseen. Thank you from my entire family. Gissella Lopez, front desk, 3rd floor, you just don't realize how that smile will be the difference for someone living or dying! Keep it up and thank you! Dr. Casey who's seen me for years and Dr. Collins who saw me today, really listening allowing us to advocate best for ourselves and our medication. Lifesavers. All of you, know this.

At first glance at these reviews when I first started, I thought they were a bit harsh. but to be…read morequite honest, they are very important to take into consideration. to help You understand why, I will give a little context from my point of view. I had originally joined this program through a mental health facility and my primary reasoning and focus was because I was having a hard time getting a full-time job which is seemingly due to the economic shift and the finances of our government as part-time jobs are taking place and priority and are doing a terrible job scheduling people's time wisely so that they can balance things and even obtain a second job to take care of themselves (wich is the fundamental building block of my current mental health crisis). I have been with them, the hope team and now the Navigate team for a total of three months since I've been connected with these people, and I can assure you...I've only spoken with a case manager and had an appointment with them a total of two times on top of that the primary focus of the appointments that I HAVE been receiving has been primarily based on psychiatry and therapy and has nothing to do with the needs, in, which caused me to "voluntarily" choose this program in the first place. now this may be a subjective point of view, but a theory that I have came to a conclusion on about this situation is that society views anybody in our particular situation a certain way the fundamentals behind is that these people don't actually care they're paid to care and so at the end of the day the current way you're being viewed and who has the "say" by how you're getting help is gonna play a fundamental role by not only the haste and the speed of you getting the necessities you need, but the level of care that's needed for the probability of success. I might add, they were very very nosy of my current state of regulation and being on many many phone calls I would receive (at facevalue makes sense considering their job but we will get to how it's actually a problem later).. as somebody who lives in a specific living situation where it is very questionable whether or not police are being called so lies can be made on third-party statements as an argument tactic, or a psychological strategy to get me to concede while trying to set emotional boundaries when I lose patience while being temporarily out of isolation to get food...ranging from privacy, to false image contextualization to peers and even to the enpathy behind hearing those attempt at communication and shifting posture (I say this for the intellectual honesty of the main point. me having those things like psychiatry, therapy medication, and calling check ups to see current mental health states be the priority is making me lose trust and faith in these people entirely considering they have done nothing so far except 2 case managing appointments in three months and creating an even bigger avenue for my mom to call me bipolar, when I get escalated after asking her to please not say miserable things about me behind my back to get people in the house to attack me for her narratives.... THE REASON why I am saying this is bc someone from copes came to a police call and... this is wild took my moms side despite what I had to say (I communicated really well) and then brought me to the 24hr crisis center JUST FOR ME TO BE RELEASED THE NEXT MORNING ‍ so my need for ips and the ability to gain financial independence is clearly meaningless to these people and in a very very convenient way.

We still talk, but she has given me tools that while not new to me, their use under Linda's instructions has produced tangible relief and the ability to diffuse anxiety. If you have been struggling with any form of PTSD, and counseling to date has not helped, I highly recommend an initial consultation. Good luck. Hang in there.

We are in a MUCH better place in our marriage than we were a few months ago, and it's all thanks to his hard work and expertise. The approach he uses was something I was completely unfamiliar with, and was incredibly effective. We never really got into who was right or wrong in a given situation, but focused more on the emotions and cycles that caused us to get into those situations in the first place. I was able to open up during our sessions in a way that I didn't really think was possible. I'm still pretty blown away by the whole experience. For anyone even considering, if you're reading these reviews... you need to do your marriage a favor and at least check it out. Us tackling these issues early on in our marriage will definitely prove to be one of the best decisions we've made when we look back, I can guarantee it. We understand each other better, and even understand things about ourselves that we never would have without his assistance. Thanks again for everything you've done for us Brad, you are definitely a beacon of hope in any struggling marriage, hopefully these reviews will help point people in the right direction so that they may find the path back towards happiness with you as their guide, like we have. Mike

Completely surprisingly, however, after 7 weeks of counseling, I found myself again believing that we had a hope for a future together. Not long later, I moved back in. The counseling/counselor warned us it wouldn't be all sunshine and roses after moving back in, but it prepared us for handling times when issues arose and working on and through things - together - without a counselor present. We just celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary this last June. If not for Brad (our counselor, the man in that photo) and Marriage Solutions, we certainly would not have made it to that anniversary. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 10 stars out of 5.
