What a team this is. Wow…read more I had a nervous system co-regulation session with Jennifer. I initially booked because I was in the process of moving, changing jobs, and in the middle of an over-all upside down life transition. I was having difficulty sleeping and making time for myself. I am so grateful I took an hour of my time to spend on her table. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly and gave me a cup of herbal tea. The table was comfortable and she walked me through exactly what she would be doing. Then, the magic. I definitely felt the moment my body was at ease as she put warm packs on my joints and I drifted in and out of consciousness. Was it sleep? Deep relaxation? I don't recall, but as a wholistic practitioner myself I can say I hope to send future clients to her to experience what I did. HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone who is high stress, struggling with mood / emotional regulation, over worked, or on their own healing journey toward discovering Self again. 10/10. ***** I also had a 90 minute massage with John on a separate occasion. As someone who typically prefers female body workers, I can say I was very comfortable and impressed with John's gentle and safe nature. He is incredibly kind and asked specific questions to help focus the attention on what my body needed. I typically have migraines and I had one at the start of our session. The pain went from a 8/10 to about a 3/10 within the session and subsided a few hours after. I cannot recommend this duo enough!

To be completely transparent, I had no idea what I was walking into when I scheduled a session with…read moreMarta. I thought I was going in for a physical massage to help with some sore muscles. What I received instead has shifted something much deeper in me -- in ways I'm still wrapping my head around. Marta made time to talk with me, ask real questions, and quickly honed in on what was really going on beneath the surface. She has a gift -- not just for energy healing, but for seeing what your body and spirit actually need. For me, it wasn't a pulled muscle or a stiff back. It was emotional wounds -- things I didn't even realize were still affecting me. I grew up with parents who were physically present but emotionally distant. I spent most of my life feeling like I wasn't enough. Not good enough. Not truly loved. That sense of unworthiness crept into every part of my life -- especially my marriage. I always felt like I was letting my wife down, like I was never the man she needed. It crushed my confidence as a husband, as a father, even in my work. But something changed during that first session -- and in the ones that followed. Marta helped me access, confront, and begin to heal what had been buried for decades. She helped me rewire old beliefs and emotional patterns. I'm finally sleeping through the night. I wake up refreshed, with energy. My confidence is back. I feel like a man again -- a grounded, present, loving one. My wife sees it. My kids feel it. Even my coworkers are noticing the shift. This isn't just healing -- it's transformation. If you're a man carrying silent pain, resentment, confusion, or just feel off in your life or relationships... do yourself a favor and schedule a session with Marta. I'm beyond grateful. Looking forward to the next session.

I was recommended by a friend that had experienced tremendous results after seeing her. First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! When my follow up visit came around I was anxious to see what my new scan showed and it was so much better!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't stumble across her! She has changed my life and ever since I went to her, I have flown my daughter in to see her ( which she had life changing results as well ) and another friend. Both of which have seen transformational shifts in health as well. If you are on the fence, just call and ask to speak to her. I think she gives 15 min free phone consultations. Trust me the minute you speak to her, you will want to go! She is worth every cent!!
