Besides our pleasant conversation, it was crickets. Not a soul around. That's rather spooky. She invited me to use the "spa" which, as described by another reviewer, was actually a very dark steam shower, I presume, as I backed away, it was awfully small. As described by others there were no "relaxing and calming scents, sounds and laid back atmosphere. To the variety of teas to help yourself to". Sounds like what you'd expect from a spa. Not the frenzy of trying to get the phones fixed I encountered. She proceeded with my treatment with great care. We talked a lot as she worked the needles.
