thorough, punctual, and Respectful! Victory Home Services…read morepromptly answered all of my questions when I reached out for a quote. I believe I originally spoke with the owner of the company to get the quote and I asked if we could communicate by text as I was coordinating this service from a different state/time zone. The pricing was right for us because of the seasonal discounts and more importantly, I believe they were confident in their service and wanted to earn the repeat business (a great sign of a quality service). I had Victory Home Services send a professional out to come deep clean my father's home. He has lived alone for a year now and has had caregivers to maintain the cleaning for him, but a deep clean was needed to turn over the fall season. Cornelia was dedicated and somehow managed to get the bathroom clean (I was about to just replace the toilet and she salvaged it!). She came back a second day when my dad ran out of energy for visitors to be over. That was huge! The dedication to the job was just what we needed to get it done. Thanks Victory!

In August I posted on Facebook looking for cleaners and this company reached out to me. I thought…read morethe owner was so sweet and completely trusted her to finish the job the previous cleaners didn't. They did a walkthrough of the entire three bedroom house and quoted me $300. My primary concern was the kitchen and dining room floor and they claimed in texts that they cleaned the kitchen floor but they absolutely did not and I have dated photos showing that. The only parts they completed were the fridge which I had already mostly cleaned, the microwave, and the stove which I told them I had already completed as well. They didn't touch the freezer which I hadn't done, and the stove was just old and maybe looked like the grills weren't clean but they were. The only thing they got done that wasn't already nearly completed was the living room floor and microwave. I really appreciated the work they did in the living room, it was so helpful as we were moving and helped us have somewhat of a fresh space to move into, but that's all they did. They had a family emergency and couldn't finish which is totally understandable and I get why they were unable to come back and complete the job. However the owner then asked for payment and said we should look elsewhere with no clarification on an adjustment to the quoted price. When I asked she said she wanted me to pay $275. My major concern was the floors in the kitchen and dining room which I made very clear. They went through my entire house and swiped dust with their fingers making notes about how the previous cleaners missed so much yet somehow thought it was reasonable to nearly charge me the full quoted amount when they only completed one room themselves. I told them I wouldn't be paying that since they didn't even complete half of the work. I paid $150 instead and that was it. Very disappointed, they were so kind but I do really feel like the owner was trying to take advantage of us. I absolutely do not recommend and do not trust them.

I was sick all last week, and as a stay-at-home mom who also works full-time from home and has a farm to keep running, my house took the hardest hit while I was half dead on the couch for four days. One cleaner stayed through the entire clean while three other girls cycled in & out to help her. The company stayed in touch with me all day long while the girls cleaned, giving me updates and asking any questions they had. The team was super understanding and accommodating when I had to call them and have them shuffle their cars around our yard so my husband's truck drivers could get trucks parked in the afternoon. Overall, this was a great experience. Today, I woke up feeling like my home was a brand new, clean slate. I will absolutely be using these girls again in the future. Thank you all so much!

Candy did an excellent job in kitchen, pantry, appliances, and living room, not to mention having to redo some of the previous team's work. I wish I could hire Candy on a continuing basis. Company did not ask to approve final billing. Over charged for what was done (51.00/hr). Would not recommend this service to anyone. Warning: Do not hire this company!

I spent nearly and hour cleaning after he left and he got paint on my children's toys, beds, furniture, etc. I called to complain, not even to ask for my bill to be altered and the initial response was appropriately apologetic and I was assured I would be contacted by the owner that day regarding replacing something of ours the handyman borrowed that was completely ruined during the course of his work. That never happened. I was really disappointed and cannot recommend them.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Absolutely HORRENDOUS…read more We found a listing on Facebook marketplace for a router that Natalie was selling, we reached out around 3:30pm and were told "yes we have it but we close at 4. You can come get it tomorrow if we have it still." Rude, but okay. Next morning, we let Natalie know we were on our way and would be there in about 10 minutes. We hit some traffic and didn't get there for about 15 minutes after we said we would. We walk in the door and ask for the router and Natalie says "oh I knew you were coming, but I sold it". WHAT. THE. F**K. How are you still in business? Honestly, I can't even fathom how you keep a customer base.
