I never received that call, so I called the store myself and was told someone would get back to me. Instead, the next day I received a text saying my items were ready for pickup, even though I had never approved the pricing. When I called to ask about it, the employee apologized and admitted I had been charged for an item at a price I never agreed to. She assured me she would apply a discount to make up for the mistake, but when I picked up my order, there was no discount. It got even worse. One of my items wasn't fully cleaned and a piece of the flowers were removed/fell off but I was never told. I brought it back to have it redone. When I got it back the second time, it had been burned. The lack of communication, failure to honor what was promised, and damage to my item made this a terrible experience. I definitely won't be returning, and I can't recommend this business.

Horrible customer service and everyone that I've dealt with are very arrogant. I kept going back because they were close to where I live and they were cheap. The little old lady, who is typically there when I drop off my clothes, is always busy doing something on her phone and just sits at the desk and looks up at me, as if I interrupted her. I have to say, "I'm here to drop some clothes off, " before she will even move towards the register. Also, there are always clothes piled up on the counters. Wouldn't they be gone if she wasn't typing away on her phone? Just sayin'. I just moved to thus area and am looking for a cleaners that is cheaper than this one and has better service. The clothes are done pretty good, but I've paid less for better.

I've been taking my clothes to Dry Clean Supercenter in Pecan Grove for a while. In the beginning, the service was okay. However, over the last month (maybe longer), the quality has seriously declined. I've picked up multiple items that clearly had not been properly cleaned. It honestly felt like the clothes were just placed in plastic and handed back to me. I returned one item because it wasn't cleaned at all, and when I got it back again, it was actually dirtier than when I originally dropped it off. Most recently, I dropped off a pair of pants. When I picked them up, they had a bad odor and stains that were not there before. That was extremely disappointing. Based on my recent experiences, I would not recommend this company. I truly hope they address their quality control issues so other customers don't experience the same frustration

A negative rating would truthfully be more appropriate. This establishment, actually a Brite Touch…read moreCleaner, ruined my very expensive custom draperies. We attempted to work with them, allowing Brite Touch to repress the draperies 3 times in an effort to improve the outcome. The result? - custom drapery panels ruined beyond repair! The pleats are permanently crumpled, the fabric and lining are fused/ stuck together, the lining now has a pink cast and the fabric integrity is so compromised that the panels no longer hang strait from the rod. It took 3 attempts to even press the ends of the draperies straight! See the attached (1) before and (4) after photos to further illustrate the issues. To date, they have not even reimbursed the $159 cleaning fee. It has been 3 months!! As for compensation for our loss? NADA! Brite Touch insisted they "...carefully followed the cleaning instructions on the care label..." despite the fact that there was no care label since these draperies were a custom fabrication. Communication with Brite Touch has been madding obtuse, inaccurate and inconsistent in what we assume are efforts to avoid financial responsibility to reimburse us for our loss. This has been an absolutely horrendous experience and it is ongoing.

When I went to pick it up, I noticed that one section of the pleats looked like it had been steamed or pressed completely flat. As in, my pleated dress came back to me with a section of pleats missing. When I pointed it out, they said they would send it back to get it fixed. I came back to pick it up and once again, they did not fix it. The fact that they were about to let me walk out of there without telling me that the dress was ruined tells me everything I need to know about this business. I had to request to speak to the owner to find out what happened. While he was apologetic and offered to compensate me for the dress, the entire experience ruined the business for me. Be warned - they will ruin your clothes, they won't be up front about whether or not they can clean something properly without ruining it, and then they will avoid the issue unless you bring it up. Run from this place.
