My babe was feeling sick and soup is always comforting & I was just too exhausted to make this hearty and nutritious red lentil soup myself. What I love about Turkish lentil soup is that it has so many macro and micro nutrients, a good deal of protein, and is vegan. It is so soothing and beats chicken noodle any day. With that being written, how did Greenblend make it? Beautifully. The ingredients they used were so fresh and fragrant. I could taste the carrots, seasonings, and mint. The lentils were perfectly blended and the consistency was just right which can be difficult to get right with this soup. The ginger shots had just three ingredients - ginger, lemon, and honey. All in perfect balance as well. Super tasty. Ginger was also very fresh. I was able to pour some in my son's tea and he loved it. The place was nice and the menu looked great, but what I received was Not. I wanted to make my own bowl rather than take one off the menu. I ordered fewer ingredients than were in any of the posted bowls yet mine was more expensive. I mentioned that and he told me it was because mine was "custom." I opened the lid and saw literally 5 leaves among the huge amount of rice. The amount of cucumbers was also disappointing and they were cut in half. I complained about the amount of greens and they put a handful on top. I think the staff should guide you to get the best version of your order for the best price. First, for some reason, despite being close by, it took an hour to get here, which wouldn't be an issue if the food was good or took a lot of prep time. One, we ordered a sandwich. Somewhere on the menu it should state that these aren't actually freshly made sandwiches, or real sandwiches at all, but pre-made, school cafeteria quality sandwiches on stale bread with days old (SLICE) of turkey (????), and a SLICE of old cheese that was likely made days prior. Two, their "acai" bowl was questionable on all fronts and one of the worst acai bowls we've ever had. Three, their acai smoothie, besides being tasteless was luke warm and sad. No sure how a premade sandwich and an acai bowl took an hour, or why it was all pathetic in appearance, taste and freshness. But do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. This is shameful. read more

I came here with my friends because it was advertised on Restaurant.com so I had selected this option for my voucher. However, they told me that they weren't accepting the voucher once I got there. They also advertised wifi on their Yelp page, which is why we came to get some work done. They said their wifi doesn't work anymore, so my friend had to pay for us to use his hotspot.
