They added a vent to a bathroom that had been inexplicably left without one, improved the insulation throughout, and added an attic walkway for safety. The few system repairs have been covered by the contract, including emergency service over summer weekends. The consistent excellent year round performance of our Carrier system has proven McCullough's annual maintenance fee to be a great value, with peace of mind. Most recently, Linel discovered rodent damage of our AC ducts. After exterminators resealed the house Ian was immediately sent by McCullough to repair the ducts reestablishing the sealed system.
