The Day Star team did amazing quality work. It was a really tricky job -- many contractors wouldn't even quote on it because these old homes are so hard to work on -- but Day Star has a lot of experience with these older homes and they know how to handle them. Their work looks great and passed inspection on the first try. I would like to emphasize their speed and professionalism. We needed to get the work done fast due to our move timeline. From quote to completion with Day Star was about 2 months, and the work itself was done in 2.5 weeks, which is crazy fast. They were responsive to our questions, and always on time and professional. We are grateful to have had the chance to work with them, and recommend them without reservation.

They did not want to even consider any form of warranty. What is the point of using a professional plumbing company that charges so much for toilet installation and then it does not even last a couple of years. The toilet does not even flush. And they also were not able to give me an appointment for a week or so out. Needless I I say I will not be using them for any on my properties, nor will I use them for other services or HVAC due to this poor customer service. Poor value!

Title: Beyond Disappointed…read more I rarely leave reviews, but what I've gone through with Fusion Air and Plumbing has been heartbreaking and financially devastating, and I don't want anyone else to experience what I have. I hired them to install a brand-new air-conditioning system in December 2024. I trusted them. Instead, I ended up with a faulty A/C fan that ran nonstop, caused my home to stay extremely uncomfortable, and left me with an electric bill that skyrocketed to nearly $5,000. When I called Fusion for help, I explained that the electric company believed the issue was most likely a fan that wouldn't shut off. Instead of addressing that, Fusion charged me 2000 dollars to remove an old, already-disconnected swamp cooler from my roof. They assured me that was the cause of my crisis. I didn't know any better, and I believed them--because I had no reason not to. But the bills kept climbing. The stress was overwhelming. I called again, desperate for answers, and only then did the technician admit the obvious: the fan they installed was the problem all along. They replaced it, but the damage--financially and emotionally--was already done. What has hurt the most is the complete silence from the owner, Sean Stewart. I provided copies of my electric bills. I asked for a phone call. I wrote letters. I called again and again. He never responded--not once. Not even an acknowledgment. Since July 2025, I've been struggling under thousands of dollars of debt from a situation that should never have happened and was not my fault. This is on top of the cost of the new A/C system ($11,000) and the unnecessary charges for removing the swamp cooler. As a disabled senior citizen living on a fixed income, these months have been painful, frightening, and deeply discouraging. I wish my experience had been different. But based on what I've gone through, I cannot recommend Fusion Plumbing and Air to anyone.

Buyer beware. First of all, I have owned a number of…read morerental properties. Electricity issues are rare and you need a professional. The microwave kept tripping the breaker. The microwave was only 5 years old so I didn't suspect it was causing the problem since I've had microwaves over the years that last 10-20 years. Volt came out and charged me almost $1,000 dollars to assess and supposedly fix the issue. (It was $959, just looked at my checking acct). He also told me he likely needed to come back out again and do a more thorough assessment of the electricity which wouid be another $1500-$2500 since they "could not guarantee the issue would be resolved long term". I declined to agree to this and now realize I was being set up. The breaker started tripping again that very week. After thinking it through, I wondered if it could be the microwave itself. I called another company, Modern Electric out of Green Valley. They literally took less than 10 minutes to evaluate the problem--it was simply the microwave. They charged me $125.00 for the visit. I'm so fuming mad at being treated so dishonestly by Volt Electric. There should be a way to turn them in for this dishonesty and I might just do that to the registrar of contractors. I am not a person to leave bad reviews, but this is a serious breach of ethics by this company.
